Love this shoe -
I was hesitant to order these shoes because I have never ordered online. I ordered a 7.5 which is what I normally wear and it fit perfectly. These shoes are so so so comfortable. The straps don't bother me at all. The only problem I had was the insert sticks to my foot and pulls out when I take them off occasionally. I would highly recommend these to anyone!! They are cute and comfy, hard to come by. I got them in black and it was perfect for me because they are actually black and brown and go with anything! They also got here super fast!!

I was very pleased with these shoes. As recommended by others, I went down 1/2 size and they fit. I have a hard to fit foot - high arch, narrow heel - and found these very comfortable right off the bat. I wore them without socks or breaking them in the first day and had no problems. Highly recommend.

FINALLY -
A shoe I saw on someone else and asked her what it was. She said (and she was right) they were comfortable right from the beginning. I love the way these look with jeans or a skirt. The only problem I had is that a half ped would show and the insole pulls up every time I take them off. I am going to get it glued and Zappos has graciously offered to reimburse me! Zappos is the best-old fashioned service with great return policy.

Quite comfortable overall; if you wear without socks, you may experience some rubbing at some of the seam intersections, but I suspect that will wear away.

Cute shoe but...
I love the look of this shoe and after reading all the reviews, I couldn't wait to order a pair. I was surprised by how stiff the leather is and there are seams on the inside edges of the shoe that are rough and rub my foot. Also, the insole pulled out when I wore them without socks. That said I will give them a break in period in the hopes they will feel more comfortable because they are an extremely fun looking shoe.

Happy feet!
These are very comfortable and very cute! I get compliments on them all the time and they are practical to boot. I love to show people the soles because there are real maps imbedded in the see-through rubber.

I love the look of these shoes- casual and a little dressier than my Keens. They are not as comfortable as I had hoped, though. I have gotten blisters on my heels and inside of my foot from the not-so-soft leather. I am going to stick it out, and hope that when they are worn in, that they will be more comfortable...

LOVE these shoes -
I have a really hard time finding comfy sandals with my wide, flat feet. These sandals are so comfortable! I wear them everyday and I walk a lot and never have trouble. They were easy to "break" in, don't give me blisters, and don't make my feet stinky! The only problem is people stop me all the time to ask where I got them!!! Also, they arrived the day after I ordered them...WOW!

I love these they are super comfortable. I had a little problem with the soles sticking to the bottom of my foot the first couple of wears and they kinda pull out when I take my foot out of the shoe, but other then that I LOVE THEM!

Cute but flimsy -
Cute look (if black), fit fairly true to size and didn't blister my toes. The sole is comfortable but thin - I'd walk in them in the city but not for a whole day. BUT, on the 3rd wear, the buckle strap tore off and I had to pay a tailor to get it reinforced. This shoe is way too expensive to be this poorly made.

These shoes have great arch support. I have a high arch, and this sometimes can be an issue. They were comfortable from the second I put them on until the end of a long day on my feet.
I have received numerous comments on the look of the shoe.

My first J-41s and I love them!
I'm a size 10 and the shoe was a tad snug (lengthwise) out of the box. They have since broken in and fit perfectly. My only complaint is that I wear these with no socks and the insole is not secure and is coming out after only a week. Not a biggie given the overall look and quality of the shoe. J-41 has won me over.

A Fun Shoe -
I am always on the lookout for shoes that are comfortable, offer arch support, and are fun to wear. This pair is all that. I ordered this pair in red. I took these shoes out of the box and wore them all day - no break in time. A great casual knock-about shoe. I have worn them with jeans, capris, and even casual skirts.

Fun shoes -
Love the look and feel of this shoe, everyone loves them and wants a pair. The only problem is the insole, it feels squishy and comfy, but I ruined it after just one wearing because it bunched up and split open in the first 3 hours I wore it without socks. I had to repair it and it is still not right - might have to replace the insole.

Perfect except for one heel strap!
First pair of J-41s. These are cute and the sole is extremely comfortable for light wearing! I originally bought them for a trip to Boston and decided to break them in for a week. Unfortunately, similar to another reviewer, the seam on the back of the right shoe dug into my heel causing a cut/infection after just walking the dogs around the block! I ended up taking a different pair on my trip. These are comfortable to wear around the house... I'm hoping all it takes is some breaking in for that heel strap to soften. I'd love to wear them outdoors for city walking...

This is my 4th pair of J41s. These are pretty true to size. Found the leather to be a bit stiff at first, but I can tell they will break in nicely. Very secure on my foot, these will be my everyday shoes this spring/summer. Arch support is just right, and they don't make my feet sweaty...I love them, and Thank you Zappos!!!! I am a loyal customer!

Love this shoe and have been getting tons of compliments on them, but little straps are more delicate than they appear. Had to return 1st pair when the strap broke, but Zappos was great about getting me another pair immediately!

Super cute, but not for wide feet.
Boy, these are good looking. Cool, without being as clunky as my Keens. But for my sensitive, slightly wide feet, they were an awful match. Too much strap rubbing, tight across the ball of the foot, and a strange fit on the sides, between my arch and heel. Too bad, I was looking forward to something a tad less Bozo-y than my Keens. Also- strangely enough, I found the Red color to be way smaller than the Earth color.

Way too fun -
This is a fabulous shoe! I normally need orthotic inserts to help my plantar fasciitis, but with this shoe I don't. I get a lot of compliments on the styling - very fun and different, the colors are fantastic. The soles are thick enough to walk in all day without being heavy. The leather straps take a bit of breaking in, but only a day or so. I will be checking out the other Jeep styles!

Pretty good shoes -
This is a very practical sandal for people who have sensitive feet and don't like to expose their toes to bumps and bruises. The sole gives good traction and the maps of the Berkshires that are imprinted on the bottoms of the soles will certainly come in handy if I ever find myself lost in Lenox. The only somewhat negative comments I might have are that they are a little too wide and could use a little more arch support.

Cute summer shoes -
I decided back in December that these were the shoes I had to have for this summer! I planned to hike all over Colorado, New Hampshire, Vermont and NY in them. I finally got them for my March birthday and they are as cute as I expected. I ordered half size large and they fit fine. The only problem I have with them is the heel. The small strap that up vertically in the center of the back connects to the top strap with a loop that causes a bulge in the upper heel area that becomes irritating after a short time. Since they are leather I believe the upper strap can be stretched to alleviate this problem. I am keeping the shoes and hoping I can live my dream of wearing them all summer in my travels.

China shoes!
I bought these for an upcoming trip to China because of how they looked, but hoping they felt good too. So even though they are made by Jeep, they are called China shoes to me! After reading some of the reviews, I was worried about whether or not they would fit. Worries be gone... they fit right out of the box and carried me through the day of teaching on my feet with NO problems. Very comfortable! I even have a huge bunion on my big toe and forgot about it until asked if they hurt it, as shoes regularly do. No problems! I also loved that I ordered the shoes on Sunday and got them Tuesday afternoon! Zappos ROCKS!
