Awesome!
These are some of the cutest, most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. From the moment I first stepped into them, they have never rubbed or caused blisters (which I always develop with new shoes...especially when not wearing socks). They have a sporty look but are also quite feminine and flattering. I can wear them with a variety of outfits (I have the "black earth") and always receive compliments. Overall...awesome!

J-41 Dune sandal -
Zappos is the best! Sandals are not particularly comfortable. I got a blister on my heel after a few hours of wearing. The arch support is not great if you have a high arch as I do. The sandals seem a bit wide. Length seems true to size.

Made my heels bleed - The sole of the shoe is very comfortable, but the straps in the back irritated my heels so bad, that just from walking from the train station to work (6 blocks), my heels were bleeding. Can't return shoes that have blood stains. Big cost, and lots of TLC needed to repair my feet for just one wear.

Cute, comfortable, great for driving - I agree that these shoes could use more cushioning, and the insole does stick to your feet when you take them off. Overall, however, I find these shoes very comfortable. I like that they protect your toes, they're very nice looking, I think they look fine with shorts, skirts, and jeans, and they are good for driving. (I'm getting used to driving a stick shift and need a shoe that allows me to feel the clutch and won't fall off.)

My new go-to shoe!
These arrived today and feel true to size to me. They felt a little tight the first 30 minutes or so but quickly softened and stretched. I'm going to order the black pair this weekend. Even my husband loves them!

This shoe does it all!
I bought the J-41 to wear on a trip to Europe. Having tried the shoes on at home several times, I really liked the way they looked and felt. They are spiffier than a tennie, provide as much ventilation as a fisherman's sandal, and look adorable on! Sadly, as I found out the first time I wore them outdoors, they run a tad on the small side, and my big toes felt pretty numb by the time I arrived home. Too late to return them, but I loved them so much I ordered the next size bigger.

Great to Look at -
I ordered these shoes because they looked so comfortable and that they are however I am now returning my second pair after only one wearing each. It seems the ankle strap is not well engineered or I have gotten two defective pair. I couldn't be happier with everything else. Zappos shipped them overnight they even were nice enough to give me a gift coupon for the inconvenience of them breaking on the first wearing. None the less I am going to return the second pair and order them again because I like them that much. I know the next pair will be Great!

I have never had so many complements on a pair of shoes- They are great, although I felt like the size was a little tight. I walk a lot and these shoes are great!

This shoe brings pleasure with a funky look that says "friendly" as you approach others. I wear these shoes when I want something a little dressier than flip flops or a pair of ladies Keens. They can be worn for long periods of time on day walks, and in a pinch, for a hike with or without thinner socks. My "pointer toe" is slightly longer but I had no problem here. These are my second pair; the others are in black.

SOOO CUTE!!! The insoles did do the bunching up thing when I took them off, but flatten back out fine when putting them back on. They do not just slide off & on easily. The heel strap on the right shoe keeps giving me a blister, but the left one is fine. They are so cute I'll keep wearing them, but think they're best for spring & fall.

Love these. They're amazingly comfortable and look great with both skirts & pants. They seem to run a tiny bit big. I'm an 8 and needed to go down a 1/2 size.

Cute shoe..
This is my first pair of J-41's and I have to say, overall this is a great shoe. It does rub a little on my upper heel, but after some break in time that goes away. This is a very cute shoe, I have it in red, and I get tons of complements. It's great for chasing after my 3 kids and durable enough to hold up to summer outings. Unfortunately this shoe does not accommodate people with wide feet (I've had that come up a lot).

I purchased this shoe in black. Love it! Comfortable right out of the box. (I wear mine with socks.) They run a bit small, so if your foot is on the borderline, order a half size larger.

Strange fit -
These fit really oddly. They pinch in strange places and seem to run small. The heel strap would most definitely dig into your foot. My friend also purchased these from another store and had to sell them because they hurt her feet. I returned them.

Super cute but not as comfortable as hoped -
This shoe didn't meet my expectations of comfort for the price. It fit well if a tiny bit snug, I normally wear an 8, and I ordered the 8. It is very stiff, and parts of the seams on the top rub; I imagine they would cause blisters. Perhaps breaking them in would help; I am returning them and keeping the Keens I bought instead. The insole is ok, not great, and the material is slightly sticky. I live in TX where summers are super hot, and I imagine this shoe being a sweaty, sticky nightmare in 100 plus degree heat. They are super cute though.

I LOVED this shoe and am so sad that it runs just a bit small - plenty of room in the heel, but feels 'short' up at the toe. Normally I would try a wide instead, but the width on these was just perfect. I will probably try the 8-1/2 as I can see these as being one of my favorites.

Blisters!
I love the look of the shoes and that it was a Jeep brand, but they were so uncomfortable. The straps on the back and on the sides hit your feet in such a way that I had blisters by the time I got off of work. I hated to not like them because they are so sharp, but my feet cringe when I think about putting them back on again. Not a good fit for my foot.

Cute and fairly comfortable -
As cute as I hoped. I have worn them about a month - with socks most of the time - to break them in. The only place I have felt that might give me a blister without the socks is the straps at the back of the heel. Nothing wrong with the straps - just a sensitive place on my feet after the winter months.
Only complaints are that the stitching on one of the straps (main strap on left shoe) has come loose, and when I take them off (when I haven't been wearing socks) the inner soles pull up away from the shoe - sticking to my feet. I really like these shoes, and am going to try to fix these 2 problems myself, rather than returning them. I want to keep them!

Love this shoe -
I was hesitant to order these shoes because I have never ordered online. I ordered a 7.5 which is what I normally wear and it fit perfectly. These shoes are so so so comfortable. The straps don't bother me at all. The only problem I had was the insert sticks to my foot and pulls out when I take them off occasionally. I would highly recommend these to anyone!! They are cute and comfy, hard to come by. I got them in black and it was perfect for me because they are actually black and brown and go with anything! They also got here super fast!!

I was very pleased with these shoes. As recommended by others, I went down 1/2 size and they fit. I have a hard to fit foot - high arch, narrow heel - and found these very comfortable right off the bat. I wore them without socks or breaking them in the first day and had no problems. Highly recommend.

FINALLY -
A shoe I saw on someone else and asked her what it was. She said (and she was right) they were comfortable right from the beginning. I love the way these look with jeans or a skirt. The only problem I had is that a half ped would show and the insole pulls up every time I take them off. I am going to get it glued and Zappos has graciously offered to reimburse me! Zappos is the best-old fashioned service with great return policy.

Quite comfortable overall; if you wear without socks, you may experience some rubbing at some of the seam intersections, but I suspect that will wear away.
