I bought these for my son who is five and just learning to ice-skate so he can continue to skate during the summer. He absolutely loves these Rollerblades and says that they are really comfortable. The fact that they are adjustable and well made justifies the price. And as always we received great Zappos customer service and speedy shipping!

I bought these for my son and he loves them. They look cool and are fast. He has a wide foot but they seem to be fit fine. He has lots of room to grow with the adjustable 4 size fit which I like.

I bought these for my nephew and he seems to love them but because of the snow has yet to try them out but I have never had better service from any company on the net. Shop here they are incredible to deal with. Many thanks for such fast shipping!

 |  | I'm not one to make a big deal about good service as I just expect it. However, my latest experience with Zappos is UNBELIEVABLE!!! My daughter was wanting these shoes for awhile so I agreed to order them. I ordered them on Wednesday 9/17 at approx 9:30pm. She was counting out the 4-5 business days for shipping and confirmed that they should be here by about next Wednesday. They showed up at my work a mere 12 hours later after an overnight flight. My co-workers didn't believe it. I texted my daughter and she didn't believe me. Absolutely AMAZING!!! "Powered by Service" ... you got that right. In contrast, I ordered a PC from an online company 8 days ago. I have nothing, no tracking number, no emails, and I have no idea where it is or even if it exists??? Very frustrating.
