	I am a first time shopper with Zappos.com and I have to pass along that I am very impressed by your company and your customer service. I had never heard of your company before I watched a recent episode of 20/20. I am an avid online shopper and made a mental note of your online store. I went on your web site for the first time late last night. I fell in love with several pairs of shoes and placed my first order.
