Disappointed -
Huge fan of Born shoes in general. These were just not comfortable for me. The leather was very stiff, even for my relatively narrow feet, and I had the same problem with wobbliness that another reviewer mentioned below. I traded these in for the Roselie sandals, which were surprisingly more comfy and look much better with jeans anyhow.

DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE! NOT WIDE AT ALL!
I read the reviews for this shoe, and was all excited because I felt it would work for me. I couldn't even get my foot in the thing! My foot is actually between a B and C width, so I am not even a true wide width and it still did not work. The sole and straps felt very stiff as well, which is inconsistent with my experience with Born brand shoes. I am sending this shoe back for a speedy refund. Very disappointed! If you are not a true B width (or even smaller)please take my advice - don't bother with this shoe!

I have 4 pairs of shoes. My last tan shoes I bought 10 years ago. I am very practical. This is a lot of money for me to spend, but these shoes are amazing. They are beautiful, classic (they need to last me 10 years!) and comfy. I feel so good in them.

I really like them...
These shoes are beautifully made and fabulous quality. I purchased the "panna" or natural color, which matches everything in my closet. My only complaint is the size... my foot is somewhere in between the American sizes 7 and 8. The 8 was too large and the 7 - although I did purchase it and can wear it pretty comfortably - is very slightly constricting in the "strap" part if I stand for long periods of time. So really, my only problem is with my feet and the Born company, not with Zappos.com. I just wish Born would offer half-sizes... their shoes are wonderful, but my foot is oddly sized. Oh well, I highly recommend this shoe overall.

The most comfortable and most versatile shoe I own. I'm on vacation now, and all I can think about is how wonderful it is to have one fabulous shoe that goes with everything I own. The Born Zanita in the light tan color is that shoe. Also, it is the most comfortable shoe I own, but I have not had to sacrifice style for comfort. I also think this shoe makes my legs look thinner. The only wonky thing about this shoe is that the back part of the heel angles in and it took me about two or three days of wearing the shoe to get used to that without falling over. But now that I'm used to it, I don't even think about it.

Worth every penny! These shoes are so comfortable! I have the natural color and they go with everything. I walk everywhere in them. I was unfamiliar with the brand and worried about the price, but they are worth it.

This is a fantastically comfortable sandal, well worth the price! The footbed is super soft. I wore these sandals almost everyday on a recent 5-day trip to Orlando, where I was walking a great deal, and my feet stayed comfortable and blister-free the whole time.

I am very happy with this shoe. I had never even looked at the Born shoe line before because I thought it was more for the older crowd, but I was surprised at how well this shoe looks. I think it is very cute and trendy looking. It is extremely comfortable. Just kind of wish it came in half sizes also. It seems to run true to size. I sometimes need an 8.5 but went with the 8. I would've liked to have been able to try the 8.5.

White is not white & why is the stitching tan?!?
The "white" leather is not, in fact, white. It is off-white/ivory (but dingy-looking). The stitching is tan, which doesn't look good w/ the white leather. In summary, the white sandals look grimy and I'm returning them. They just don't have the support and fit of my other Born sandals!

A great shoe!
This shoe takes a little bit of wearing before you find out just how comfortable it really is... wear for a few hours every couple of days to break in the straps and get your foot used to where the straps fall across your foot... then it becomes very comfortable and wearable for long lengths of time!

Natural color doesn't look "natural"!
I bought these sandals in a size 9; my usual size in Born shoes. The fit is perfect, but the sandals aren't very well-padded where your foot rests. Also, the Panna or Natural colored sandals are very yellowish and make the skin look very pale. I gave to my best friend because the color looks really bad on me!

My new favorite wedge for the summer!
I have wide, flat feet and in between sizes; sizing up worked for me. There's not much arch support here but the footbed is cushy enough to wear all day. The straps are not as soft as other Born's but it's probably by design to keep the feet from going too far forward. Why the five stars? Great comfy height and because of the platform wedge, doesn't put any strain on the balls of feet or my back. Also I'm a petite Asian with light to medium skin and the natural was perfect for blending with my skin tone and elongating my legs (always a plus!).

Cool but...
Great quality and comfortable...plus the size 11, was a size 11! Fit was great, although might be narrow for some...I'm borderline narrow and these were perfect on me. I ended up returning them though because I didn't like the tan against my skin. Sometimes tan can make you look washed out...what can I say, I'm picky for the money. Also, would have preferred a slightly higher heel...this is only about a 1.5 to 2 in.

I had to return these. I bought these in the tan which was fine. The problem was there was no support for my instep. I have a high arch and these shoes were not helpful. There was no padding on the footbed. Unlike the brit, which is a pump by Born extremely well padded, these were flat in the footbed, a big disappointment.

These seem incredibly comfortable! I ended up returning them because I was not a fan of the white leather, it didn't work for me. However I may try another color because the cork wedge is beautiful, a perfect everyday height, and because they seemed so comfortable--stable and well padded in the footbed.

Just got these in Natural- the color is much lighter than on the picture. Got blisters the first day of wear-leather upper is not as soft as Born sandals used to be. Kind of noisy when you walk. They are very cute and rather comfortable to walk in, though. Size seems OK. They don't feel wide at all. I consider my feet rather narrow, and the first time I put the sandals on, they felt rather tight. Only because leather usually gives a little after some wear, I hope they should be OK.

These are the most comfortable wedges I have ever worn. As soon as I stepped into them they felt like an old friend. Wonderful to wear all spring & summer. Nice to have something so attractive yet comfortable.

I just got these in white, and they're wonderful! I'd buy another pair if they came in dark brown. They are soft, supportive, and true to size. I wore them for 9 hours the first time out, which is asking for trouble, and they were fine!

Very nice and comfortable -
I was looking for a cute sandal that I would be able to wear with lots of different things and of course something that was comfortable. I believe that I have found just that. These are very cute on. If you have narrow feet, these will not work for you. I have wide feet, but not wide enough to need a wide shoe. These are borderline in width for me.

 |  | Dear Zappos Customer Service, I have never written an email like this before but your high service level prompts a response. I have been working with Zappos on a pair of defective sandals. I have tried 2 different pairs of the same shoe and they have both fallen apart. Everyone I spoke to was excellent – friendly, flexible, productive. Between the excellent customer service and the way you stand behind the products you sell, I would like to never buy shoes in a department store again. The coupon was the icing on the cake.
