Didn’t fit -
I tried 3 different sizes and it just didn't work for me. The arch didn't hit me in the right place. I like the look and have had Softspots before so I will try another style.

I like these shoes, but beware that the toe box is tight. I initially ordered a 9.5M, which squished my toes. The 9.5 wide solved the toe box problem but now the shoe seems a little too big. A 9W would probably be ok.

I ordered a size 10N and I find that Softspots run a tad short. The 10N is ok for one foot and my big toe hits the front of the other shoe, which is annoying. The next size would be too big. I like the sandal look and it looks good with jeans or walking shorts or a casual skirt. I believe Softspots is a very good quality shoe, and a good value for the money. I haven't seen them in any of the local shoe stores. I'd recommend them, just keep in mind that Softspots didn't run 'true' to size for me.

I really like shoes that look different from the norm. I wasn't sure I liked them when I opened the box, but they look great on and are very comfortable.

Wonderful flat sandals -
I have very hard-to-fit feet and I love these flats which I bought in 7.5 WW. In order to wear them for several hours in comfort, I had to put in an arch support (but I need arch support for all of my shoes because I have extra high arches and tend to pronate).

Very comfortable shoe. I was concerned all the little straps might be uncomfortable but that is not the case.

I'm very happy with the look of the shoe, and it is fine in terms of length and width. However, I find the elasticized buckle doesn't hold my heel in place in the heel cup, which has caused rubbing and some serious blisters. If you've had this problem before with an elasticized buckle, this may not be the shoe for you. I lined the heel cup with moleskin and this solved the problem enough that I can continue to wear the shoe.

A good sandal for unusually-shaped feet. I have a VERY hard time finding comfortable sandals because I have a wide foot and strangely shaped heels (the heel bone juts out at the back in a triangular shape), plus I have sensitive skin that blisters easily when I don't wear socks. So the soft leather and wide fit of these sandals are perfect. I liked them so much I bought a second pair in black (I bought tan first). But they do run long, so consider going a half size down from what you normally wear. Overall – lovely!

You could live in these sandals - They fit great and are so comfortable I've been wearing them everyday. My feet stay cool but I feel like they are more protected with the closed heel and toe.

Smart, stylish, comfortable shoe - These shoes have a cushioned, flexible sole that is comfortable for walking. The toe box is roomy in the wide size and gives my ever expanding bunions the width they need without rubbing. The buckle is tiny (and cute) but I am able to comfortably slip the shoe off and on without unbuckling/buckling each time. As many have commented, they look great with pants. I wear them with capris and think they look darling. I would buy them again.

I ordered this shoe in size 7.5WW and it was too long; however, I ordered the same shoe in 7 WW and I could not get in the shoe at all. I decided to keep the 7.5WW because this is the closest to a sandal that I will probably be able to fit. My feet are very wide and I have a high instep.

I liked the look of this shoe since there are so few sandals with this type of T-strap, but unfortunately, it was too short. There also was not much arch support.

These shoes are fantastic. Very attractive. I wear a 12w normally, which was too big, but got these in a 12R and I’m sure that once they stretch a bit they'll fit great. Very comfortable, well made. I got them in tan and may get them in black as well.

White T strap sandals -
The shoes are very comfortable and required no breaking in. They are very stylish and I feel very comfortable wearing them to work without sacrificing my professional look. In fact, I am going to purchase another pair to just hold so that when these wear out, I shall have another pair.

Sandals with a closed heel are hard to find; wide makes it even harder. I bought these in an 8WW. They have enough cushioning to be comfortable to wear for most of the day, though they could use a little more room in the toe. My heels are not wide and the heel barely touches my foot. With the addition of padding around the heel it is wearable. It accommodates orthotics though they show a little on the sides.

I love that this shoe looks dressy enough to wear with a skirt, but is a flat. I have joint problems and can't do heels anymore. Also I need a wide width. I bought it in black, this is a good alternative.

This is a very comfortable shoe. Just a slight discomfort in the toe area - the top of the toe area isn't as roomy as it could be, but the more I wear the shoe, it becomes more comfortable.

Hard to find -
Extremely comfortable. I wish Softspots would use black thread, however, when manufacturing this shoe in black. Instead, they used light tan thread with black leather. Will keep them anyway as it is so difficult to find a closed-toe sandal-type shoe. Even harder to find one with a closed-heel as well, and this shoe has both.
