So, here's the thing: this is a cute, comfortable shoe. But the heel does not exactly fit right, and the heel feels like it is closer to my arch than my heel. These shoes also make a lot of noise when I walk in them; not sure why.

I have slippers that are not this comfortable!!!
These are the softest most comfortable shoes I have ever put on. I stand on my feet all day and they are perfect. I am an 8N and for me they could be just slightly more narrow to start, because if they stretch they might be a little loser than I would like. I ordered the gold and it is fairly light and really nice with cream and light gold. More of a pearl than a metallic. So comfy!!

Dressier than it looks -
These sandals are elegant, yet sturdy and make my short toes look longer! I'm waiting for a second pair (the black) to be re-stocked to buy as well.

Like walking on air -
I just love these shoes. I tried these on at the end of the day when my feet were absolutely tired. When I stepped into them, it was like walking into a plush surface. My feet felt great all of a sudden. They are extremely comfortable to walk in for long distances. I would like to get more colors, but unfortunately, they are not available in my size. I guess I'll have to wait and cross my fingers.

Love my new shoes - These are great shoes. Comfortable and appropriate in many different situations, from work to going out. I wear them for 10 - 12 hours at a time, and they are comfortable from beginning to end. My short-ish pinkie toes do tend to get squished, as another reviewer had mentioned, but this is a function of my foot shape, not the shoe. Based on the other reviews, I ordered a narrow-width for my feet, which are normally super-standard, and it fits perfectly. The only possible detraction is the camel-colored insole, which will show dirt and I am unsure how to clean. Overall, 5 stars across the board, and I would definitely buy these again.

Both comfortable & good looking -
These sandals are everything others have posted. Just great overall! The leather straps are very comfortable and soft, as is the suede pillow footbed. They do run wide, as other reviewers mentioned, so the 9 med was perfect for my usually 9 W feet. I ordered the 9 W, just in case, and ended returning them since my foot slipped forward right out of them. Since the straps are soft leather, I was concerned they would stretch out and be too wide. But I've worn them 20+ times this summer, and they have not stretched out at all and still fit perfectly. I have the Tuscany color, and find they go perfect with so many outfits, capris, dresses, shorts, jeans. They can be dressed up or down. If I didn't already buy white and black sandals in a local store, I'd be buying Softspots Sybil in those colors too. They style is so versatile. If I were to say anything negative, it would be that the soft suede footbed has started to bunch up a bit between my toes and ball of my foot. But it neither shows while wearing them, nor does it bother me. These sandals have become the mainstay of my summer wardrobe. Zappos is the best to deal with! I'm so glad I found them and have told many friends about this great site. :)

Great shoe!
Got it in white (8.5WW). Was worried I'd fall out of them, because I'm not used to high heels with no back strap. These are great -- I don't slide forward and I don't fall off the back. Comfortable, dressy, and would have bought the black too, if they'd had it!

Loved the Softspots Sybil -
This is the first time I purchased a Softspots shoe. I'm so glad this was it. They fit well, had a great color and I was able to wear them immediately. I walked at least a mile in them each day for several days. They looked great with slacks or dresses/skirts. The leather "squeaked" a little, but it wasn't bothersome.

Great Sandals! I have very wide feet and these are not only really cute, but I walked all over Europe on vacation in them without my feet hurting at all. Combine that with amazing Zappos customer service and free next day shipping and I am one happy customer!

I love the pillow top footbed - The second I slipped into these I knew that I would be working in these sexy shoes all day and never have to worry about blisters! Fit was great as well as the nice sturdy wedge heel, best combination for working and shopping. Excellent service Zappos!!!

LOVE these shoes!
I've got them on right now as I'm writing this review from work. I have never had more comfortable shoes at this height of heel (2.5"). They fit perfectly and look great, too. I'm shopping now for fall shoes and I'm certain I will be buying more Softspots.

What a delight -
I have very wide feet and so, hard to fit. This shoe is excellent, very comfy without looking like a wide shoe. I am glad I didn't get the extra wide as I normally would, they would have been too big. I highly recommend this shoe, but be careful with your sizing.

Another winner! I ordered an 8W and these shoes fit perfectly. Incredibly comfortable with no break-in time. I wore them to an outdoor wedding and I wasn't even aware that I had on new shoes.

Nice - Fits perfectly at a half size smaller than I would usually wear. Very comfortable. The gold is a little too flashy than what I would usually go for, but still pretty.

Fabulous! I just received these sandals today and they are wonderful! When I put them on for the first time it felt like I was wearing slippers. It really doesn't feel like I'm wearing a heel at all. I normally wear an 8 regular, but from reading the other reviews I went with a 7.5 wide and they fit perfectly. Thanks for the quick delivery Zappos!

Shoes felt super soft and wonderful. I unfortunately had to return these after just a few minutes walking around; the heel is too narrow for me and my wide feet. I felt that I may step wrong.

Really Comfortable!
The first time I wore these, I wore them all day with no discomfort at all. They give me some height without feeling like I'm wearing "heels." I love them with my jeans.

It is so hard for me to fine shoes that fit - I have a wide foot. These shoes fit just perfect and are so comfortable - I could wear them for a whole day the very first day.

Comfy but large -
The shoe is as comfortable as I expected a Softspots shoe to be - very. The straps are buttery soft, but I really do feel they will have a tendency to stretch, and my feet are already sliding forward in the shoe. Still, for a heel this high, I'm amazed I can wear it all day at work and I have serious problem feet. The gold color really is gold - more metallic than I expected from the photo. Pretty, just not quite what I am used to.

Great looking shoes for every occasion. I bought them in red and teal and just love them. Softspots are so comfortable and this shoe is very light and easy to wear all day long. Looks great with jeans or a dress. Great buy.

Beautiful shoe -
I have these in soft gold and it is the most beautiful color shoe!! It is very pale and will go with a lot. Of course, being Softspots it is very comfortable for someone on their feet all day. The top is very soft and a bit snug initially, but those things usually stretch after a while and I would rather have that than a shoe too loose after a while.
