I bought the Brittney in red first and loved them so much that I ordered another pair in brown. The shoe is classy and comfortable. They draw compliments every time I wear them. I have a wide foot and tried a 7.5 wide in the red and 8 medium width with the brown. Both work equally as well.

I really like this shoe, it looks great with pants. It's comfortable and very stylish. Only problem is the plastic on the inside is peeling off. Don't know what the plastic is for, never has a problem with any other shoe.

Great shoe falls a little short on comfort.
Admittedly, I have a hard foot to fit. My feet are so wide that buying shoes is a chore. These shoes started out great in the morning but hurt my feet towards the end of the work day, especially on the sides at the widest part – they’re kind of stiff and there was a plastic lining in the inside that is peeling away (kind of annoying).

This shoe was extremely comfortable and nice looking. I got the black patent leather style and it's a nice dress shoe with a mid to low heel. Very comfortable and good for work.

Great looking shoe. Had to return for a smaller size. Description says this is black leather but it is a shiny black. Was a little surprised by that. Goes great with pants.

Excellent shoes, extremely comfortable, and good quality. I used them lots for office. First time ever I get the same pair of shoes in two different colors... got them in brown and in black.

Cute and comfy, but a little large -
I really like the look and quality of this shoe, but it runs a bit large. I normally wear an 8, and this is loose enough that my foot slides around. I will add an inset, as I am otherwise happy with these shoes.

Nice, conservative business shoe -
This is a great low heel that works well in the office with my business clothes, both pants and skirts. I already had this shoe in black patent and was looking for it in brown. Zappos is the only place I found the rich brown color. Everywhere else only had the lighter toffee shade. Overall, the shoe is comfortable; but not luxurious because the footbed isn't that well padded. Thanks again to Zappos for the super quick service.

This shoe looks great with dress pants and casual pants. It is well made. I have wide feet and found that the shoe was a little tight across the top of my foot, even in a wide size. I've worn the shoes several times and they are much more comfortable now. As always, Zappos service was the best!!

This shoe feels wonderful. Very comfy. I did order my usual size and it does slip just a tiny bit. So I will get something to put in the heel. But I do LOVE it! I'm thinking of getting it in brown too.

I have these shoes and will send back. Very cute, but the right shoe is almost a full size larger than the left. I don't have weird feet. They are normal.

Great little buckle shoe -

Really like the look, heel height and versatility of these shoes. They’re a bit stiff but will hopefully soften up. Have to say though that I ordered the wide width and they're really more like an avg width shoe.

Super Cute!
This is a really cute, conservative shoe. Looks good with suits or jeans. Nice low heel, looks dressy, but not too fancy. Wider than average, so easy to wear all day.

I love this shoe. I have a wide foot and this style usually looks awful on my foot. Because this has a small heal, it looks great on my foot. It runs actually a bit big. I always order a ten wide, but I probably could have gotten away with a 9 wide. But overall I love it.

Not as comfy as I'd hoped -
In general, the shoe is fairly comfortable, but I personally found two things about it unsatisfactory. First, the sole has this extra trim of leather on top of the silver sole - you can see it in the photo. I can feel that when I walk and it's a little annoying. Second, I don't know if it's the triangular shaped heel, but I find that my step feels wobbly & awkward. Not a bad shoe by any means, but I'll be sending this one back.

I loved these shoes on the website, but was disappointed when I got them. I ordered the brown and the black smooth leather, and the black is shinier than it looked online. The narrow was too wide for my foot. Gave it 3 stars b/c the brown was pretty cute other than the fit problem.

 |  | My first time ordering from Zappos was a breeze. I am a regular internet shopper, so the ordering process was easy. What really impressed me though, was the service. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on an evening after I got home from work, and the very next day when I got home the shoes were already there. I was totally shocked. I live in Alabama and I knew there was not a Zappos warehouse in the area. But the shoes were there and they looked and fit perfectly. I am a tall woman with large feet, so it’s normally hard to find shoes to fit me. I was so pleased with the shoes and the service that I started looking for more shoes the same day. I know I will be shopping with Zappos very often in the future. Keep up the good work guys.
