A very comfortable shoe - I bought this shoe with the intentions of wearing it to the theme parks this summer. First, I was impressed with the speedy delivery of the product, thank you Zappos. Second, the minute I put this shoe on I was like wow, this is great. It fit perfectly after adjusting the strap. The only odd thing about the shoe is the little, cushy bump at the ball of the feet, but trust me, after wearing them ALL day, I didn't even notice it. In fact I think it helped my feet to feel even better. Oh, and on top of being on my feet all day, about 4 weeks prior to my trip I had broken my toe. With my other shoes at the house my foot would not have held up the way it did. There is one negative, the shoe does not dry very quickly. Even with that I will still buy these again.

Surprise!
I have a foot that is a B in front, and narrow at the heel. These fit me beautifully, and have a great, roomy toe box. I wear a 7-7 1/2 shoe, and the 38 is perfect. One caution...be sure that you notice that the fabric is a coarse mesh. Unusual. It took me a while to decide that was o.k. Finally, they make my foot look great.

My feet love these shoes -
In performance shoes, I look for comfort and room for my toes to feel like I'm shoeless. I've tried numerous shoes recommended by friends as "the best." However, for my feet, Ecco Performance has proven to be the best. I have three pairs. They all provide good support; and, my feet are pain free. Another shoe, not on my friends' lists, that my feet like are Asics.

Great shoe!
I love this shoe. I bought it to wear on a trip to London. It did not disappoint me! My feet felt great the whole time. Also, it didn't require any breaking in, which was a bonus. I highly recommend it!

Looks and feels perfect for my foot. Bought this shoe for 10 trekking on Amalfi Coast and have worn at home in preparation for trip. Fit like a glove from the first moment.

Looks better than it feels!
Love the look of these. Nice and lightweight, vented a plus, and love the coral color, but it was very tight around the whole front part of the foot. I wear a 7 and the length was fine, but the "girth" seemed really small. The top of my foot was squashed. Will return for... for something else.

I have hiked from the South to the North rim of the Grand Canyon with these trail shoes… blister free. It doesn't get any better then that. These shoes are lightweight and very breathable. I would recommend this shoe to any serious hiker. Zappos service is excellent... I received my shoes in less than 24 hours after I made the order.

 |  | A while back, I saw a feature story about your company on a TV news magazine show. I had never heard of your organization, but the story was awesome! A company of SHOES that people loved to deal with and work for. Very inspiring and very cool. In my fashion and glamour circle (I write, review, and blog about skin care and cosmetics), I began inquiring if anyone had dealt with you in the past. My one associate raved about your products and services and said it was THE only place she could find this one pair of shoes she loved. When I told her about the news show I saw and your "core values" she too was inspired. Fast forward to this weekend, when a sudden online shopping craving overtook me. Bought my monthly fix of lip gloss...check. Took advantage of the latest fall jeans and sweater deals...check. Stocked up on seasonal scents of scrubs and lotions...check. So what was left? Yup. Shoes. Even though I try to run with the times, I'll admit I generally hate shoe shopping. Nothing ever seems to be completely comfortable, the heels all seem too tall (I'm already 5'10"!), and the selections in the stores around me are either too blah or too "You wouldn't catch me dead in them." I have very few shoes in my closet, and almost all are black. But with fall quickly approaching, I needed something new and "in."
After looking at big department store web sites, I decided to take the style I was looking for (the hottest new shoe-boot casuals) and search your web site. I loved being able to sort by color, heel height, style and size. I could compare features and prices with only a couple of clicks. I was able to not just find the exact shoe I was looking for, but was also able to find it in a brand that I had bought in the past (and loved)! Shipping was uber fast, and they arrived today! Although they fit perfect (yeay!) I really wasn't worried if they didn't because your return policy is unsurpassed and not to be stressed by anyone! So, I'll say thank you again for an awesome service, an awesome site, and an awesome shopping experience. My husband, who now realizes the girl who wasn't excited about shopping for shoes before now is (and whose credit card realizes this as well) isn't as happy.
