I looked through page after page of brown sandals trying to find the perfect pair. Of course, the ones I found had to be the most expensive, but they did fit all of my criteria: Cute, not too high of a heel, but not too flat. Not too light and not too dark. A rich brown color and some comfort would fit the bill. I decided to go for it and I was extremely pleased with these shoes!\r\n\r\nI\'ve had tons of compliments! They can be casual or somewhat dressy, and are comfortable as well. If I had any complaints, it would be that the top strap is slightly tight and restrictive on my foot, but I think it will stretch with my foot after I get them well worn in.\r\n\r\nIn a nutshell, these were a great investment, and I couldn\'t be happier with them or Zappos! I tell everyone I know about the amazing service offered by Zappos, and I will be a loyal customer for life!

I was very pleased with the look of this sandal from the picture but "live" it is not as graceful as I would have liked. The shoe runs wide- very wide- which in a size 7.5 (38) gives it a clumsy, matronly appearance. I would estimate that the shoe was .5 inches too wide at the ball of my foot and medium widths are normally perfect for me. I returned the pair and, as usual, Zappos was wonderfully efficient.

Nice summer sandal, but not for high insteps -
I bought this looking for a white summer sandal. The quality is great and it's a nice, natural, true white without looking like your old Sunday school shoes...I loved everything about them, but I have a very high instep and the strap above the arch was too tight and wouldn't let my foot slide in all the way. I'm a 9 and ordered a 39. It was clear that the length was right and I think for most people, this shoe would run true to size, maybe a hair short. The arch strap probably would have stretched, but I have a rule not to count on that when buying shoes, they need to fit perfect and be comfortable out of the box. If you're looking for a nice white and don't have a high instep, this might be something to try. There's no support, so I would only have worn it for certain occasions and not for long standing. I had to exchange it and did so for the Mephisto Ulria which doesn't come in white, but I got it in a black patent which actually works for some summer dresses. The Ulria is a sure fit and great comfort in this type of shoe, esp. for high instep/high arches. By the way, Zappos was amazing about the exchange. I called at 6PM to exchange this shoe, and the Mephisto arrived at 11AM the next day. Every time I've ordered from Zappos, they arrive in less then 24 hours and I live on the opposite coast from their warehouse. It's unbelievable service. It also blew me away that they did an exchange on my credit card, rather then charging me for the second pair and waiting until this one was received to credit my account. No real risk to Zappos when you think about it, but no one else in the industry that I know of does that and it's such an awesome experience to be treated that way. Great service!!

Not for me -
Loved the look of these shoes. The footbed also felt great. A nice bit of padding, but I could not keep them. The opening on either side where my little toe is was just in the wrong place, every few steps my poor toe would get caught in the opening. The upper strap was also a bit loose for me. I am a standard fit, but this seems like it might be good for a wider foot.

This sandal is very comfortable but not enough arch support. I added an arch pad to make them work for me.

I have other THINK sandals and this sandal did not disappoint me. Zappos has great service.

Almost perfect -
These shoes I feel run a tad wide - not bad enough to return, but actually for summer heat this is probably a good thing. Stylish, comfy and I can feel the footbed molding already. Cute enough for skirts and jeans as well. Off they go to Paris with me...an investment in comfort and style!

I want to thank you for the great service and selection I receive from Zappos. It was very hard to shop for my brother-in-law because, his feet swell very badly. He wears 12 1/2 6E.
