Great, except for workmanship, a little squeaky in patent. This feels very comfortable and looks much dressier on than in the picture. However, the left shoe was defective with a very wrinkled toe and glue job, and it "racked" the inside of my foot. Will re-order and hopefully get a better made pair. Surprising for Brighton??? Zappos ROCKS!!!

I bought this shoe a 1/2 size larger than I always wear. I have had foot surgery and was looking for a flat shoe that did not cut across my big toe. This shoe feels great even without a stocking. The quality is true Brighton quality. I will wear them all the time.

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and adorable. Can be pretty dressy. I got white. They are sophisticated enough for a day wedding.

Usually I wear a narrow but read on one of the reviews that this shoe ran narrow and it does. But took a half size smaller. I would like to have one in every color.

This is a great shoe. Comfortable from the start, I wear these all day. I walk 3-4 miles in my cavernous office building everyday!

Nice shoe, but weird fit.
I bought this shoe in the 7.5 and the 8. The 7.5 was a little too short and crowded my toes. The 8 felt better in the length, but in the front it had a large gap between the top of my foot and the shoe. Decided to keep the 8, but will need to put an extra insole in to help with the gap.

The shoe looks great and is very comfortable except that it is a little too wide in the heel.

Fun and comfy!
This is my 3rd pair of Brighton shoes and I really like them! They look great and very soft and flexible. The "driving moc" type sole is good for walking. Brighton shoes tend to run a bit narrow (which is good for me, I have narrow feet) and these were typical. Not real narrow, but certainly not wide. They are a flat, so they have no arch support.

 |  | A while back, I saw a feature story about your company on a TV news magazine show. I had never heard of your organization, but the story was awesome! A company of SHOES that people loved to deal with and work for. Very inspiring and very cool. In my fashion and glamour circle (I write, review, and blog about skin care and cosmetics), I began inquiring if anyone had dealt with you in the past. My one associate raved about your products and services and said it was THE only place she could find this one pair of shoes she loved. When I told her about the news show I saw and your "core values" she too was inspired. Fast forward to this weekend, when a sudden online shopping craving overtook me. Bought my monthly fix of lip gloss...check. Took advantage of the latest fall jeans and sweater deals...check. Stocked up on seasonal scents of scrubs and lotions...check. So what was left? Yup. Shoes. Even though I try to run with the times, I'll admit I generally hate shoe shopping. Nothing ever seems to be completely comfortable, the heels all seem too tall (I'm already 5'10"!), and the selections in the stores around me are either too blah or too "You wouldn't catch me dead in them." I have very few shoes in my closet, and almost all are black. But with fall quickly approaching, I needed something new and "in."
After looking at big department store web sites, I decided to take the style I was looking for (the hottest new shoe-boot casuals) and search your web site. I loved being able to sort by color, heel height, style and size. I could compare features and prices with only a couple of clicks. I was able to not just find the exact shoe I was looking for, but was also able to find it in a brand that I had bought in the past (and loved)! Shipping was uber fast, and they arrived today! Although they fit perfect (yeay!) I really wasn't worried if they didn't because your return policy is unsurpassed and not to be stressed by anyone! So, I'll say thank you again for an awesome service, an awesome site, and an awesome shopping experience. My husband, who now realizes the girl who wasn't excited about shopping for shoes before now is (and whose credit card realizes this as well) isn't as happy. But I've explained in terms he can understand...his cigars are my Kate Spades. Thanks again, and I look forward to purchasing from you again, very, VERY soon! Regards, Tammy H.
