Unbelievable customer service -
Zappos is the absolute best as far as being wonderful about returns etc. You can go to any Stride Rite store and they'll tell you that Stride Rite doesn't make the size you're looking for. Zappos is bound to have it. My grandson has very wide feet and I always find his size at Zappos. Thank you!

Loved Zappos service -
I ordered the shoes for my son who has a wide foot. It was great to find wide shoes. He likes the shoes and told me 'they are awesome.' I also thoroughly enjoyed Zappos service and free shipping. I ordered the shoes on a Saturday and they arrived on Monday. One cannot do any better than that! I will be doing future shopping at Zappos.

 |  | Converse are Converse, can't really go wrong, once you get the sizing right. My applause goes to the Zappos team. You guys are great! We ordered the shoes for my daughter's return to school, and originally ordered them too big. (Converse sizing seems to run two sizes smaller for women.) With the wrong shoes still at my home I was able to order by phone the correct size as an exchange, on the promise that I'd return the incorrect shoes within two weeks, no additional charges to my account.
