A surprisingly great walking shoe! These look a LOT nicer than in the photos. The canvas has a good 'weathered' appearance, but they are VERY well made. They don't have a lot of padding anywhere (great for summer) yet they still manage to be incredibly comfortable. They even look fairly decent with no-show socks and shorts, sort of like a bicyclist’s racing shoe. Very unique, I've gotten lots of compliments!

Still a great shoe!
The best thing about this shoe is its looks and it’s Green-ness. Honestly the fit is more like your grandpa's slippers but man...they just look cool! I bought insoles and now they fit and feel great. Suffice it to say...buy the shoes...buy insoles...be happy!

Pretty decent. I walk a mile+ to and from work everyday. Cushioning is good. Top back part of the shoe caused blisters on the backs of my heels for a while, but shoes are now broken in to a point where it's no longer a problem (took two weeks and about ten band-aids). This is the reason for the middling comfort score. Right now they're improving and approaching a 4. I wear a size 10 in these shoes, a size 10 Converse All Star and a size 10.5 Nike running shoe...if that helps. Would like to see a version without any leather at all.

Great shoe made from recycled materials. The soles are non-slip and great for wet surfaces or even waxed floors. Only precaution is that because the soles are thin compared to other shoes, my pants tend to just touch the floor because they are sized to a regular heel. Also, they are great for walking, but too little padding for running. That being said, these shoes are great for casual wear around town, to the beach, or pool.

Excellent shoes!
I'm a vegetarian and it was a great surprise to find such a large number of shoes that did not contain animal by-products at Zappos.
The Teva Keagan Canvas shoes fit well and are very comfortable. My job requires that I stand and walk for many hours and, so far, the shoes have supported my feet well and have not shown any signs of wear.
As a word of caution, the rubber soles did seem to slip on a wet sidewalk. The amount of time required to break-in the shoes was minimal.

Great value -
I love Teva sandals so I thought I would try their shoes. These Keagan's are super light, comfortable, and very functional. The price is low; they look good, and can handle both city streets and country trails.

Almost perfect -
I love the shoe with one minor exception: the top of the heel hits my heel in a sensitive spot. This might just be me. I love everything else about the shoe.

 |  | Super Boots, Incredible Service - I totally love my boots. I am 60 years old with lots of foot issues so I searched for low heels and width. My boots came in a flash and I was very excited to try them on, but alas, one boot was clearly not wide enough while the other was perfect! I called Zappos and spoke to a fabulous young woman, who was an obvious poster child for great customer service! A new pair of boots arrived in two days and was a perfect fit on both feet! The boots are made of smooth soft leather and look very stylish! I am sure I will be wearing them for several years. Last week I received a postcard from my customer service rep. She not only wished me well in my new boots, but referenced the great party I was to attend in these boots. Wow! Now that is customer service with a personal touch.
