So comfortable - Earth shoes feel so good on your feet. Usually my feet hurt after half of a day, but not with these shoes. They definitely give your foot the support it needs. I am very satisfied with this brand and will buy again from them.

Not for overpronators - It looks like I'll have to be the voice of dissent here. These Earth sandals made my feet look HUGE, which I was willing to overlook because I have a heck of a time finding sandals that fit me comfortably, and I really liked the braid/nail head detail along the top. However, this shoe was probably a poor choice for me because I overpronate (feet roll inward and flatten the arches). The arch construction plus the negative heel put even more weight on my arch and heel than normal. I tried to adjust to these sandals slowly as other reviewers suggested, but I was still left with blisters on my feet! For somebody with "normal" feet, these sandals are probably great, but consider carefully if your feet are anything like mine!

Worth the investment -
When I first got these I was a little concerned. I have a pretty wide foot and the left shoe fit really tight. I tried to stretch them the best I could, and then decided I just had to wear them to achieve the fit I needed. I have worn them for a couple of weeks and they are definitely my FAVORITE shoe by far. I am considering ordering a pair in brown (I got black). Great shoe!

I want more Earth shoes!!! It's official, I have found my favorite shoe!!! I LOVE this shoe. Extremely comfortable, very versatile – looks great with shorts, at the park, or in casual slacks for a little dressier look. The most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I have been wearing them now for a couple of weeks, and they seem to be holding up beautifully. I wear an 8.5 in most shoes, ordered an 8.5 in these, and they fit perfect. If you don't already have a pair of Earth shoes you should definitely invest.

First of all I have to say that Zappos customer service is excellent. This was my first purchase through Zappos. My order arrived earlier than expected, and I was informed of the status by email from the time I ordered until my shipment arrived. I purchased the Earth sandal based on comments from other reviews. I have a condition that prevents me from putting much pressure on the ball of my foot, and I also require strong arch support. This sandal has great arch support, and it really does force you to stand taller with good alignment. I wore the sandals for several hours each day without any problem. They look nice with shorts, jeans, capris, and even a casual skirt. I was so impressed with the Earth brand that I purchased the Oasis and found them to be just as comfortable. I will continue to purchase Earth. I generally wear a 9.5 but the 9s fit perfectly.

Not ever had shoes that are "good" for you, I decided to give it a try. I sprained my back, again, and instead of going to the chiropractor and spending 3 or 400 dollars I decided to try shoes. I would rather have shoes than a receipt for medical bills any day. Don't know if it’s all because of the shoes but I don't seem to have the ache or bent over stature and they are attractive and fit very true to size. Course you can't beat the service of Zappos.com!!! I have recommended them to several people at the office.

Unbelievable fast order/shipping. Love the service. The shoe has great support and cushion; however I found it very narrow for my foot. I took it to a shoe repair store for stretching and although it helped, it will need another round before they can be comfortably worn.

Fits well. May try to go down a half size, the material gives quite a bit. As you know a leather weave like on this shoe will give a lot over time.

Felt good initially, but got blisters in short time -
These looked good and felt very comfortable right out of the box and I thought to myself that these were going to be keepers -- but after wearing for a couple of hours, I got painful blisters on the top of my feet. There needs to be some sort of padding between the leather and the person's upper foot. These are being returned as I feel expensive shoes such as these should not be giving one blisters nor should there be a "breaking in period". I'm going to stay with Dansko’s and Birkenstocks. May try Naot if I can find the right style. Zappos customer service on the other hand and ease of ordering/returning is fantastic and I love getting shoes from them!

Excellent quality shoe! Love the color Russo and leather. Well built stuff. I have to get used to the Earth shoe, yet again, but I love what I have received! Like all leathers, they have to form to your foot and this sandal will get there quick for me, I can tell by the quality of the leather.

Love, love, love these sandals! Comfortable right out of the box. I purchased the deep red and they are gorgeous. More comfy than Birkis. I do feel as if I'm standing taller. Fit is true to size...no issues with the leather rubbing.

Not Your 70’s Earth Shoe -
Take a little getting used to (reverse engineering thing), but these are quite comfortable and attractive. I have received a number of compliments on these. I have the red, but am considering getting in black and brown as well.

Great shoe!
This is the most comfortable sandal I have ever owned. I have chronic back pain so my shoes are critical to me. These are well made and do not cause any additional back pain as other brands of shoes do.

I bought the 11 and it was so comfortable, but it was a little too short. The straps were soft and snug, the footbed was comfortable and had fabulous arch support (which I must have), and they were so cute! I decided to order them in a 12 to get the right length. The length of the 12's was fine, but for some reason the straps were too loose then. I was so bummed! There is no way to adjust them. I need something that I know will stay on my foot and be supportive. These were not it. I suggest you try them for yourself, though. If you can get them to fit in both length and width they would be worth the money. They are comfy and exotic-looking!

Great Sandal -
These sandals fit very well and are very comfortable to walk in for long periods of time. The leather on the straps was a bit stiff and did leave a blister the first long wear period, much better now. Earth shoes in general are just a different feel from every other maker.

LOVE my new EARTH Chachas -
I just love everything about these shoes! These are my first pair of Earth brand shoes and I am already looking for a second pair. Absolutely worth the $. I have back and knee problems and I was comfortable in them all day, even walking on pavement for several hours.

Best shoes!
Since I have found Earth Brand shoes, I have given up heels altogether! With these shoes, I can still have comfort without sacrificing style. I've worked on my feet for 20 years and know the importance of a good shoe and I've finally found it. This one starts off a little snug but the weaved leather straps loosen quickly making the shoe soft as a slipper. Why would anyone ever torture themselves with heels again?

Tried these on in a store -- 6 too small, 7 too large. Salesman said they didn't come in half sizes. So I bought a 6 1/2 at Zappos, and they fit perfectly. Comfortable around the house and for long walks.

I always love my Earth Shoes! These are no different. The color is a little different than I expected, but no matter. I love them so much. I just wish they made a size 14 in men's for my husband. I think they'd solve a world of problems for his posture!

Not for everyone -
This sandal isn't for every foot. The heel business is great, but the little toe area around the cross straps was very painful, even in a test wearing on carpet (very hard footbed). I had to return them. Instead I tried Privo's Piki sandals and wore them out of the box all day in great comfort. Check Privo out.

Style and comfort.
I am a true size 7, but with very flat feet. I never agree when people say shoes run large. However, I thought these did. The 7 was long and loose. The 6.5 is perfect. Very comfortable out of the box.

 |  | Your team rocks! On Labor Day (9/1) I ordered two pairs of Hunter boots because I wasn't sure which was going to fit best. First off, I get an email the next day telling me I'm receiving my boots priority. So that day, 9/2, I received my boots – after ordering on a national holiday, no less! I was wowed! I tried on both pairs. The ones that were too small I knew I wanted to return. The other ones looked like they had been worn before. I easily printed the return label/form for the smaller boots. I called customer service for the exchange and they handled it effectively and efficiently. She told me to send back both pairs of boots and a new pair would be sent priority. I assumed she meant after Zappos had received the returns. Nope! In fact, I received the correct boots today, on 9/3. How crazy is that? To order boots on a holiday, 9/1, and have the entire receive-return-receive wrapped up 48 hours later? AWESOME! Thank you for your team's great service. I've ordered before and now am even more of a fan for the service I received when something isn't exactly right. And that telephone recording with you and Serena Williams! Brilliant!
