Not so fabulous -
Two things bother me about these boots. The first is they are NOT comfortable. There is not enough padding at the ball of your foot. You can literally feel the ground through these boots. I bought inserts & they didn't help too much. The second annoying feature is the cute little straps that wrap around the shoes...they come undone all of the time!! I have literally had to glue them together to prevent constantly bending over to put the stupid straps back together. Yes, they look cute, but it is not worth it. I will not even consider wearing these to work again because I have to walk 3 miles a day around a hospital. Invest your money in a pair of comfortable Frye boots! I wish I had gotten another pair of those. I would return these if I didn't have to wear them to figure all of this out.

Hard to get on -
This boot is extremely hard to get on and then once on felt too big. The belts are such a cute idea but poor execution. They sort of hang in the back like they have come undone.

Kind of disappointed -
These are great looking, but the strap keeps coming undone while I am walking and shortly after I got them the tip of the heel started to fall out. I love the boots, but am disappointed by the quality.

I call These "edgy chic"
I live in Manhattan and these boots have proven to be comfortable and stylish. They are pretty easy to get on and I can walk for blocks and block without any foot pain. The little tie on the sides is very cute and reminiscent of the 80's but when pair with the latest trends, they do look quite modern.

Great looking, very comfortable considering the heel height. But strap knot slips, had to use pins to hold.

Knot opens -
the design is beautiful, the boot is comfortable, but the knot does not stay closed. I have used a pin on each boot to keep it in place. It is a very annoying problem. Perhaps there could be some elastic used to give the knot movement and keep it in place.

Very cute boot. The strap comes undone easily. Not enough arch support for me. I'm a size 12 and these make my feet appear small, a definite plus.

Badly designed -
Right out of the box, one of the shoe's ties was undone, and I couldn't figure out how to retie it they was it was supposed to be. So that put a damper on my whole "trying on the new shoe" experience. Once they were on, I noticed how wide they were around the ankle. Looked really funny. I think they may have been comfortable, but I only took a few steps before taking them off and sending them back...

Great look but not for me -
Loved this boot online, and they looked great out of the box. But on my feet, oh my. With just tights the medium was too loose. They are wide enough to warrant thick wool socks. While the front dip and generous upper width makes the boot easy to slip into, it didn't suit my leg. They may look better on a heftier leg. Also, the crisscrossed leather strap is loosely knotted--not secured--and tends to pull away and slip down as you walk. It's more fuss than I want to contend with. Sadly, they are going back.
