These pants looked great out of the box. Fit nicely and were very comfortable. I usually wear a size 29 pant or size 8-10. I had experience with this brand in the past and knew I could wear their size 8. After cold-washing the pant the dye became very faded. I washed them with other denim and all my other jeans had brown spots on them. The Montana didn't look as nice anymore. Very blotchy dye. After having them hemmed I wore them for one day. They lost their stretch quickly and now do not flatter my curves. I have a full rear end and with these pants I have droopy drawers. If you prefer a snugger shapelier jean, I suggest dropping down a size. I should have bought a size 6 but I am usually a size 8 or 10 so I wouldn't have known. For the money I spent, I am disappointed, but will wear these to kick around in when I want to wear baggy jeans.

It is very common in this internet shopping world to be disappointed with an order, but Zappos has not only delivered what they promised, they "delighted the customer." I placed my order at about 2:30 in the afternoon (11:30 pacific time) with no special shipping requests and they were here at 10:00am the following morning. I did not pay any extra for shipping, actually shipping was free, and the product that arrived was exactly what I ordered. They fit perfectly and Zappos has a customer for life.
