Much too narrow! I first bought these in a 9W but couldn't get them on comfortably (my ideal size is actually 8.5WWW but I can never find anything in that size). I exchanged them for a 9.5WW but even those were too narrow! Also, the leather looked cheaper than I had anticipated. They are so cute in the picture, much less so in person. I have other Softwalk shoes and I love them but I can't recommend these to anyone with wide feet.

Very impressed with this sandal, I walked 10 hours around Italy and never once did my feet hurt. Cute and comfortable, what more can you ask for??

I was concerned that the heel height on these might be too high for everyday, run-around sandals, but these are the most comfortable things I have ever worn. It's like walking around on clouds!

Most comfortable shoes ever!
After my daughter was born 5 months ago I had a lot of foot pain. These shoes are a Godsend! They are fairly cute too. Highly recommended.

Comfort and casual style -
I normally wear a "W" in shoes, but ordered this shoe as a "WW" and am very pleased that I did. I feel like my foot fits squarely in the sandal without my foot going over the edges. The fit is amazingly comfortable and the shoe easy to walk in. The detail on the straps is just enough to look "spiffy". The shoe looks great with capris, shorts, or denim skirts. As always, Zappos got it to my door nearly the instant that I ordered it!

Love these!!!
I have a very narrow foot and have a hard time finding a shoe with nice looks like this that are snug and give me support. These do just that! They are so comfortable that I don't want to put another shoe on. I would say these run a bit narrow (I bought the Narrow), but it is impossible to find a shoe too narrow for me. Perfect!

Ok, but not right for my feet -
My feet are very long and narrow and I have a hard time fitting my narrow ankle in sandals. These are definitely narrow enough, which is great, and the footbed is nice and soft, and they are pretty cute looking. However, I decided to return them because when I walked, the back of my foot wouldn't stay on the shoe; it kind of shifted to the side, which was not comfortable. And for me (and I know this is pretty lame) the heel was a bit high.

Like Walking on Pillows -
These shoes are supremely comfortable! And I've never had a slide stay on so well. After much debate, I ended up returning these shoes for a couple of reasons. One, the inside sole is flesh-colored and it looks weird with the copper-colored shoe; and two, the heels are an olive tone while the leather upper is a coppery bronze color. I thought it looked strange together. Even so, I almost kept them because they were so comfortable. I wear a 7 W and have a very high instep.

Most comfortable sandals on the planet!
These sandals are fabulous. They have a cushy foot bed and a great look. Love them so much, I purchased them in two colors! I have trouble finding shoes that fit and feel great for long periods of time, but these really fit the bill! Highly recommended!

I recently ordered the Medina sandal by Softwalk and am so happy with my purchase. This sandal is wonderful and so very comfortable. It feels like walking on clouds. Service was fantastic. I placed my order on a Sunday and got it the following Tuesday. I was so pleased. I highly recommend Zappos for quality products and service.

Impressed with this shoe -
I bought these sandals looking for something comfortable I could wear on a recent vacation to Europe. I was very impressed with the comfort of the foot bed. I walked all day and my feet still felt cushioned. I ordered an 8.5WW and while I did have to adjust the strap all the way to the outermost position, I was able to get these on my feet without a problem. They have a bit of elastic on the sides so they stretch a bit. Most sandals I try in this style won't even go on my foot all the way. I have been wearing these a lot this summer and they are holding up well. I think the materials are of good quality. The heel is also a good height - it lengthens and slims the leg but is also very stable for walking. All around, I think this was a great buy!

Not a high enough instep -
I had to return this shoe. The strap was just too small for my high-instep foot. Even though you can adjust the top strap (slightly), the bottom strap, which is the one on top of the foot, doesn't move at all. There's a little elastic in it, but not enough. Too bad -- it is cute in person.

These shoes are great! After YEARS of wearing sandals and shoes for look, these are good looking AND SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO comfy!!!!! Take my word for it and buy this brand! These shoes are generously sized (sometimes I wear a Wide, but in these I was a regular) and I can walk in these all day in the mall AND still go out all night in TOTAL comfort!!! LOVE these shoes! Like walking on pillows!

A very comfortable sandal. I am a purchaser of anything made by SoftWalk. These sandals are cushiony soft...like walking on clouds. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the opening across the toes is a little narrower than usual, even though I ordered a wide width. While it's true you can adjust one strap, the other does not have an adjustment. I expect that the leather will stretch out a little with wear, so it should not be a problem. I really like these sandals, and will probably order another pair in another color. I really rely on the honest customer reviews before I buy shoes from Zappos, and I find that the reviews have helped me tremendously when making a purchase. In addition, there is no online shoe store on Earth or any other planet that could compare to the incredible customer service of ZAPPOS! Please keep up the great work. And your super-fast delivery and return services are the best. Thank you.

This shoe is attractive and extremely comfortable. I ordered it in narrow as I usually cannot get shoes narrow enough, but I am currently comfortable with the strap set on the most open setting.

I like the shoe very much – ALMOST love the shoe. It feels narrow to me for a WW width (although they do stay on my feet without flopping…not a bad thing). And I'm not sure I'm thrilled about the tan-colored contrasting with the black shoe. But I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes, and the Softwalks work pretty well for me.

I have 8.5EE feet. These shoes were tight when I put them on and I was worried about stretching them out, but the footbed was SO SOFT that I thought it might be worth it. I have worn the shoes several times since I got them. They stretched just fine, and I get compliments every time I wear them. I plan to get every color if they hold up well.

I love this shoe. Very comfortable and cute. I can walk all day in this shoe without pain. I have very bad feet so all that cushion is great. Only thing is that I wish they had made the cushion part the same color as the rest of the shoe. Thank you Zappos for your great service and customer support.

I love the "walking on clouds." The cross-straps, though, are very tight. I have medium feet but had to let them out to the very last hole to even get my feet in. I wish the cushion was dark though. I've only worn the shoes for 2 days but can imagine how grubby it is going to look later.

I ordered 9.5W because I have a high instep. I like a lot of things about this shoe, but the underneath instep straps are too tight and not adjustable; the adjustable upper straps are pretty irrelevant because the under strap is NOT adjustable. I assumed that they would stretch enough, and I wore them for several weeks, but they don't stretch enough, they left marks on my skin and made the top of my foot swell badly. I tried again and ordered 9.5WW and they're just as tight – I measured the straps and the WW is the same as the W, as far as I can see, so I have to send them back. Otherwise, I like them!

I am really enjoying these sandals. They are extremely comfortable, and the narrow is true-to-width - which means I can actually wear a pair of slides without straining to keep them on my feet.
I must say that they look better in the photo than they do in real life, but the comfort makes up for that in my book.

A super-comfy shoe! This is a narrow shoe! I have narrow feet but had to trade the medium in for a wide. Now it's like walking on pillows! I also first ordered the copper, which looked brownish on the screen but it was actually really metallic. That wasn't my thing so I traded it in for the black. Overall, I love this shoe!
