Beautiful purse -
This purse has a classic shape, but the leather gives it a fun zing. It looks great with casual clothes and dressy. It is very comfortable to carry as it is light and the strap over the shoulder widens just in the area it goes over the shoulder. I wish it were a smidge larger, for everyday use, as I have to make decisions about what I will put in and leave out.

black Crocs for my husband's birthday (which is TODAY). Late YESTERDAY afternoon, I realized that I wasn't going to be successful in finding his size at my local stores and decided to order a pair from you; after all, I had received awesome customer service last year when I had ordered several pairs of shoes for Christmas. Anyhow, I ordered his shoes on your web site, fully expecting to receive them (maybe) sometime early next week. So, this afternoon, I had just finished wrapping up the email receipt to give to him when, lo and behold, Mr. UPS arrives at my door with none other than a ZAPPOS BOX!!! Now that is what I call customer service! How in the world you guys delivered in less than 24 hours is beyond me, but I just have to say that you made my day, and my husband's birthday. So thank you!!!
