The Casbah is my second pair of Nason’s. My other pair is the Traxx boot. Both have exquisite design and construction quality. You just feel smooth with these on. The reason I'm compelled to write is to comment on Nason's sizing. I typically wear a US 10 1/2 - running shoes, hiking boots, etc... Both pairs of my Nason's are size 9 (42 Eur). I think it's odd how they size their shoes, but at least so far it seems if you find the right size, they are consistent across their different models. Still, it feels weird hitting the "order" button on $400 shoes in a size that sure doesn't sound correct...

Great style, but size runs large!
These shoes are great looking and well made, but like all Mark Nason boots, these run large. If you wear a size 10, order a size 9. They run not just 1/2 size large, but a full size larger. Once you get the right fit, Mark Nason cannot be beat when it comes to style, quality, or originality!
