These shoes are quite comfortable. However, I brought them to the tropics, where it is hot, wet, and humid, and the plastic soon feels sticky if I let my feet sit without moving for a while. What's more is that after the shoe gets wet, the soles develop an unbearable stench that despite my efforts, could not be washed out. Thankfully, the soles are removable, and the shoes are still fairly comfortable to walk on while sole-less. Still, I'm replacing them with a pair of new Dr. Scholl's.

Excellent water shoes!
I bought these to wear in the pool while doing my water walking/exercise routine. I am super happy with this product. They are very comfortable. The bottoms are non slip and grip well. The fit was a little bigger (about a half size) than my norm but it still works well for me.

A Fun Summer Shoe -
This is a great Summer shoe. Fun, comfortable and somewhat stylish. Great for water sports & hot weather.

They rip the skin off your feet!!! Do not buy this shoe. I bought these shoes to replace sandals. In order to wear them without taking the skin off your feet you must wear socks, which sort of defeats the purpose don't you think? They are NOT for WALKING. If you need to walk any distance make sure your feet have band-aids and thick socks, the hard plastic rips the skin right off. I would have returned them, but there was too much blood inside I had to throw them out. I do not recommend these shoes.

A Great Crocs alternative -
Great casual shoe to take the place of sandals. I have a wide foot and cannot fit into a pair of crocs. This gives you a nicer style and more comfort due to it being more enclosed than a Crocs shoe. I got it in 5E wide and it fits great.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Any of the Propet shoes have been GREAT.

Better than Crocs -
They weren't exactly what I expected, but they actually turned out to be even better. My little brother hates to wear socks and these are great. They are light and have the anti-micro insole. The shoe provides him with great traction and comfort while he's hiking. Also allows his feet to remain cool at all times.

Not what I expected -
Comfortable! When I first put my Propet Voyager Walker, I thought they were a little tight in the width. But after only seconds they felt as if I'd worn them for years ! I wear a size 13 and they are very true to fit ! Great price too. As always Zappos' speedy delivery service can't be beat ! Great Job Zappos!

Great summer shoes -
I bought a pair of gray and then ordered black ones. They don’t take off the skin of my feet without socks. Just buy the right size and width. I bought 14 extra wide for extra room and no friction. These are stylish where Crocs are skanky.

Do not buy this shoe -
I got these shoes specifically for wet conditions. Yes they are great for wet conditions but in order to wear them without taking the skin off your feet you must wear socks which sort of defeats the purpose don't you think? They are NOT for WALKING. If you are in the kayak and walking on rocks for a short time get them. If you need to walk any distance slather your feet in band aids and thick socks, the hard plastic rips the skin right off. I do not recommend these shoes.

I wear a Size 9D street shoe and a 9 1/2D tennis shoe. The Propet that fits me perfectly is the 9 1/2W. Had to return both the 9M and 9 1/2M with the cheerful assistance of the GREAT people at Zappos! Couldn't be happier!

Nice relaxin shoe -
This shoe is great whether you're chillin around the house or walking around the mall. Very comfortable. It feels like you aren't even wearing a shoe.

Comfy but not for walking -
I ordered these hoping for the comfort I get from Crocs but with more heel coverage and the fit of a shoe, and with better traction on wet surfaces. I expected the 5E to be very roomy, but the shoe fits closely though is very comfortable. It does have decent traction. But it is not designed for standing or walking for any extended periods because it offers no support, especially at the ankle, and the sole is a bit thin-- not cushioned enough-- so you feel the pavement. It's also the ugliest shoe I have ever owned. If you are looking for a comfortable shoe just to wear around the house and you don't care about appearance, then this might be right for you.
