Sturdy and comfortable -
I got these to wear in the winter, when the sidewalks get slushy and slippery - have not yet had a chance to try them under those conditions, but so far I really like them. Warm, good ankle support, and good traction on wet ground. If they weren't brand new, I'd wear them downtown every day, but I don't want to get paint on them right away. Nice vintage look in a top quality shoe - price is reasonable, all factors considered.

 |  | Holy cow! The order was at my door in less than 24 hours. If you were trying to impress me, IT WORKED. I ordered these shoes for my mom, who is in a nursing home and has very swollen feet and legs. Hopefully I ordered the right size. It makes all the difference in world to know I can return them easily if they don't work for her. Thank you.
