Super Cute & Practical -
Even better in person!! I ordered brown in 9.5 and it is a true fit. The side does gap when walking, but the shoe is cut low, almost to the toe cleavage. Also, the top of the heel can pinch a little during the stride; this is not due to improper fit, as the shoe is comfortable and not too tight. The patent leather is very classy. What a whimsical & practical shoe. The detail on the ribbon is so pretty, and the ribbon is very satin-y. The rubber sole is great for traction, and this will make a great fashionable winter shoe on days when I don't have to wear snow boots.

If they're cute enough, I'll sacrifice a little comfort! I have a lot of foot problems and spend a lot of time on my feet at work, so comfort is normally my first priority in buying a pair of shoes. I probably won't be wearing these on the job but they will be a lot of fun to wear for a casual evening out.

Great shoe! This is the cutest shoe. I purchased the brown and the fit was perfect. Although I wear a medium in width, my feet are a bit wide and this shoe has a little give even for me, so probably not a good shoe for slim feet. I get lots of compliments when wearing these and am thinking of getting the black ones too!

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
