Cushion -
There isn't enough cushion between your foot and the floor. They needed to add a bit more padding. Other than that they are Super Cute!!!

Comfy but snug...
I sized up and the slippers are still a little snug. I wear a 7-7.5 (usually a 7 though), and I purchased these in a size medium. They were too tight at first, but now they fit well after a couple of weeks. Overall they are probably cuter than they are comfortable, but I still love them. With a leather sole they are strictly indoor slippers!
