Love Zappos! This slipper is so soft, "fluffy", cute and a little bit sexy! I love them. It has a very thin leather sole and a nice lightweight cushion to walk in. I am so happy I exchanged the Spa Thong for the Fluffy - what a difference. I am a 7 and ordered the M which fits exactly perfect. If you like to have a little extra room, go for a half size larger. I love these slippers and I hope they will last for a while. (I previously had the cashmere which wore out and fell apart within 2-3 months).

	I have to say. I am truly amazed and thrilled with my most recent experience with Zappos. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes last night around 9, and received them at my office before noon the next day!!! I needed them by Friday, so I ordered 2 day shipping, and was HOPEFUL that I'd get them by Thursday, but I never dreamed I would get them barely 12 hours later. I work for a large retail organization, and I can honestly say, your efficiency and customer service are light years ahead of us. Thank you, thank you! I am so impressed and have been telling everyone around me about my story!
