I agree with one of the reviews, the back where the ankle strap holes are, do rub the feet a bit, but if you give a little more times, it does get better. But overall, I must say that I have not gotten a pair of flat shoes so cute and the leather quality is good. It seems to me that it's more comfortable without the ankle strap though. Also I agree with others that they do run at least a half size smaller.

Great flat!
Neverland is a very versatile shoe; the ankle-strap is optional, so you can get 2 different looks, and the sole is quite comfortable. It took several wearings with a band-aid to break in one side due to the ankle-strap holder rubbing the back of my ankle, but its fine now. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10, and I got the 10 in this shoe and it was a close call; it's a smaller 10 for sure, and I won't ever be wearing socks with it, but it works.

Cute shoe but moderate comfort -
It is a nice style and multifunctional because the ankle strap is removable. Love the overall feel, but uncomfortable at heel.

Cute, comfortable and great quality -
This is the first time I've owned a pair of flats that give me enough support in the heel. I don't feel like my feet "strike" the pavement as much because of the rubberized soles. I really like the cushioning in this shoe as well, also really like that these are made of real leather (and not cloth or a cheap imitation leather). The shoe fits a bit snug in the toe area, but I figure they will stretch (esp. since they are made of leather). I got this for less than what Zappos is offering for it, but maybe it's worthwhile if you plan to wear them all summer.

I have been ill for 4 years and I am always excited to get my package in the mail. What makes Zappos even better? Days like this, when my illness has me pretty down and I speak with customer service at Zappos. Now I am excited, grateful, and have much needed energy due to speaking with customer service employees. Now I feel I can get out on this gorgeous sunny day, enjoying the park and all the beauty God has placed before us. Thank you Zappos for brightening my day and making my heart smile.
