Weird tongue -
This shoe would have been perfect except for one thing--the tongue is attached to the inside footbed and rubs up against the side of your foot to the point of distraction. It seems like a good idea because it would help to keep pebbles and such from getting into your shoe, but it is REALLY uncomfortable. Having said that, if you wear thick socks, it might not be such a big deal. I only like thin socks so it didn't work for me.
