Beautiful boot.
Lovely smooth leather and didn't sag around the ankles. Very smart looking, BUT, too wide for me around the calf and little loose around the foot. I would have kept these if they were slimmer looking. The black looked fabulous with a skirt. Of course Zappos makes the return a breeze.

Great riding boots -
Great fashionable riding boot. Looks fabulous with skinny pants and leggings. Extremely comfortable. Love them. Highly recommend them.

This shoe is very cute in person, but beware if you have larger/athletic calves they do not fit! Although it has a larger circumference of 15" (I measured it to be true as listed) where they zip up hits the widest point of your calves. Very cute, although seemed a half size too large.

I love these!!
I want to go to sleep in these right now! They are so amazing. They look like very nice quality shoes, and they are! They are perfect height for my legs (I am 5'7") and they are perfect width around the leg (I have average calves and weigh about 125). You can wear them with nice dresses for a euro look, and tight jeans for an English riding style look. They are incredible versatile. They are perfect!
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: I looooved the enzo angiolini's but I had to return the more expensive boot because they were made for people VERY tall!

Gabriella Boots -
These are beautiful boots, nice leather, and nice color. The design is very stylish and simple. The quality is questionable, considering the price and one boot looked as if the toe was dented and the leather was gathered sloppily at the toe. A little snug in width for an 8M. Found a better deal at another store.

 |  | I have a child with a very narrow foot and heel. I have searched for a dressy shoe for him and a friend reminded me of your web site. In spite of the fact that none of the shoes fit, I had to tell you what a pleasurable experience I had. Both ladies were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They actually sounded like they enjoy their job!!! What more can you ask for? I also LOVE the 24 hr. assistance, selection, and your return policy is almost unheard of. I will DEFINITELY be back. I have 3 children and shoe shopping with all of them is no fun, but placing an order and letting them try on at home is so easy! Many thanks for doing what you do.
