GREAT For Heel Problems -
I have issues with my feet from too much high heel wear. I have stopped wearing other sneakers and use these specifically because they provide great heel support and are lightweight without being paper thin. They also hold a gel heel pad well and don't cause it to slip when walking. I wear them all 4 seasons without complaint. I only walk in them, do not run, and would recommend them for both road and light off road travel. Their understated look also allows me to wear them in my office if my feet hurt too much from my regular shoes. 5 stars all the way around.

These are not only good looking and high quality, they are perfect for my daily walks or going to COSTCO. They are super comfy right out of the box! I like the gray laces in lieu of bright white. These shoes are worth the money which is priced just right compared to many others I plan to purchase another pair and highly recommend them.

This was my first time ordering from Zappos. It was an amazingly easy and pleasant process. The sneakers are just what I wanted. The description was accurate. You can be sure that I will return to Zappos again.

These shoes are so comfortable and light. There was no break-in period. I have only owned them for 3 weeks, and use them during daily workouts or runs. So far they may turn out to be my my favorite brand.

This is my 3rd pair of Saucony shoes. I have to say I'm disappointed. These are not nearly as comfortable as the ProGrid Guides that I've had before. I've only had them 2 weeks and the tread is already wearing badly. They are also much smaller than marked.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. I wore them the next day and ran some mountain trails. They have great tread so I didn't slip at all. I normally wear size 6.5 to 7. Definitely needed a 7 in these. I think they run small.

Excellent Fit, Great Comfort -
This is my first pair of Saucony sneakers. They are very lightweight and extremely comfortable. There is no "break in" time. I will definitely buy Saucony the next time I need sneakers.

These are great shoes for rough terrain. I've run in them for the past year on dirt paths, broken sidewalks, and through all kinds of road conditions. Shoes that can keep me from injuring myself in less than ideal conditions are exactly what I needed for Peace Corps and I love them!

LOVE THE PINK! I tried on a pair of New Balance that cost twice as much - they made my feet look fat, and I remember thinking, "Well - they must be good because they're New Balance and they're more expensive." Then I tried on the Sauconys. I have wide feet and these not only fit well, but they actually had MORE support than the New Balance. I've been wearing Saucony for years and won't stray again. Again - Saucony is great if you have wide feet.

Cute colors, but bulky -
The colors are cute, but these shoes are bulky and made my feet look huge. I returned them because they were slightly too large. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 and these only came in 8, which did not fit. They seem to have some arch support, but my arches are very high and I could not feel any arch support at all when I tried them on.

Great Looking shoe -
I love this shoe for its looks, but I find it rather stiff and hard for running. I have a very high arch and this is probably not the best shoe for my foot type. I find it comfortable for everyday wear and biking.

Color isn't my favorite, but comfortable.
Shoes seem well cushioned and good for treadmill walking. The silver/pink combination would not be my first choice, but overall a very good value.

I had a pair of Nike's with similar color but they are not nearly as comfortable as these. I also felt like my Nike's made my feet look wide, but these are wonderful.

So far this shoe is working out very well for my high arches. I searched for an inexpensive shoe for my sore feet and these are working out well. Very happy feet.

I didn't realize that I needed to have a wide shoe, but after ordering the Saucony Grid I know now to order my size in a wide. The fit is perfect and they are very comfortable with plenty of support.

This is a great shoe! I would recommend it to anybody looking for a good tennis shoe. It took a while for them to "break in", though. I put these shoes on in the morning and take them off late in the evening-- my feet never get sweaty... the mesh keeps them nice and dry!

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
