Great shoe! I tried on more than a dozen other tennis shoes before this one, and all had an uncomfortable fit and feel. This one provided perfect support, stability, and cushion. After my first day playing in them, they are broken in. And I swear my game has improved!

Tennis Shoes -
I love them. They are a little stiff at first, but they break in nicely in only 2 practice times. Very good support and cushioning. I wear between and 8 & 8 1/2; went with the 8 1/2 and a little roomy, but can lace tight enough so not a problem.

Great support. Well constructed. My game has improved, I think? Well worth the price. And, of course, Zappos incredible service and shipping.

When the new isn’t as good as the old -
I have had Adidas Barricade II, III and IV sneakers, so I was looking forward to the new V's. I still liked the width in the III best, but the IV was good. The V's have to be some of the most uncomfortable tennis shoes I have ever worn. They are tight, stiff, and the sole is funny. It almost seems like it grip too well or at the wrong moment. I nearly turned my ankle in them the first time on the court. It wasn’t 15 minutes before I nearly fell, pulled something in my thigh, and started thinking I should take a break to swap shoes! A very poor shoe from Adidas. I’m not cheap with shoes, but you get a more comfortable shoe for less $$ with other brands or styles.

 |  | Hello! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works for Zappos. As of yesterday, I've ordered from Zappos five times over the last couple years. I usually get my orders the next day, and the longest it's taken has only been two days, and I think that's just awesome! At my job I work in customer service and think it's very important to like to help people in a job like that. I can tell Zappos employees must love their jobs because everyone does such great job. With every one of my orders, it only proves there really isn't a better place to shop on line, (or shop anywhere, in general)!
