Nice Flats With Some Arch Support -
I ordered these when I noticed that they were flats that actually have some arch support. I love the so-called gold color. It is actually a distressed metallic neutral that could be worn with gold or silver in my opinion (like a warm silver). The only thing I don't love about the shoes is that the toe box is wide and I prefer a more tapered round front. Overall a rare find because they have such a soft footbed.

A simply elegant shoe, but unfortunately, I will be returning them. I love the look, the leather is soft and supple, but there are two problems. First, I think this shoe is better for those gals with wide feet. I'm normally a medium and just walking around the house in them, the shoe gaps open at the side - so much so that the beige interior is exposed (they really should have made the interior black as well.) Secondly, as another reviewer mentioned, the heel doesn't look entirely correct. The heel should have either been extended further out to the edge of the sole or they should have made it thicker. As is, I can see why people are complaining about holes and tears. If the manufacturer tweaked these two issues, I would definitely re-purchase them because they would be a great investment to any shoe collection, but as is, they are being returned.

I had the exact same problem. Somehow the back heel part was dropping or sagging and I noticed that the heels were all scraped by the pavement. I didn't think that I could return them, but after reading the reviews again, maybe I should try.

Love them! I am an overpronator and usually don't find flats comfortable because of the little arch support most of them provide...but these are simply delicious. And GREAT looking to boot.

So uncomfortable!
I really wanted to love these shoes. I ordered them in both a 7 and a 7.5 and the 7.5 was far too big, but the 7 pinched into my feet especially under my pinky toe. The leather is like butter and the shoes are very cute. Unfortunately I could not even bare to wear them longer than 10 minutes because they were so painful! I sent them back. Zappos was great as usual.

Sophisticated and simple -
The shoes are wonderfully made and very dainty. I wasn't expecting them to run as large as they did or to be quite as structured (I generally prefer ballet flats mold to the foot, such as French Sole's "Schooner"). These shoes come very close to perfection, though. The leather is high-quality and soft and the stitching on top is a nice touch. The shoe is rather low-cut and therefore doesn't stay on as well as the styles of ballet flats with elastic banding at the top. All in all, this is a beautiful shoe that would look fabulous dressed up or down. Hooray for simplicity!

Looks can be deceiving -
I have been looking for a super-comfy everyday flat and thought I had finally found it. Nope. These were fine the first day, just walking around the office, but after walking around the city for a few hours my heels we're cut up and bottom of the left shoe was starting to rip (one week after purchasing and probably the 4th time wearing). They might work for you - they are wide which is nice, but I don't think the quality is good enough for the price.

Great flats -
Comfortable and stylish flats. They go w/ everything. I've worn them a lot, and I just got them. I know I'll be wearing them all summer. They are as comfortable as flip flops but, more put together.

Comfy but not the sturdiest -
I really love these shoes -- they fit perfectly, are incredibly comfortable, super cute; however after about a week and a half, the heels began to wear down to the frame of the shoe to the point where there are almost holes in the heels of these shoes. I think there is a flaw in the design in that the sole does not come all the way out to the edge of the heel which means the leather rubs against the pavement. I am returning them (Zappos has the best customer service) and am very sad about it. Hopefully I'll find something equally comfortable and cute but much sturdier.

Best Flats, Hands Down! Especially for a wider foot...
I have to admit, at first I thought they were too big, being that I am used to my feet spilling out of other flats. After I acclimated, I realized that these were sooo much more flattering to my wider foot. They are extremely comfortable and very well made. The gold/bronze color is very subtle and actually comes off as more of nude, neutral that can be worn with anything! It really just blends with the color of your feet and legs for a very flattering, unassuming look. Love 'em!

Buy These Flats from DKNY!
These have to be the cutest pair of black flats I have purchased in a LONG time. They look absolutely great and will be extremely versatile...I will be able to wear them with a dress or skirt or jeans and they will look great with whatever I am wearing. I am going to order them in the gold too and possibly a "back up" pair in black...there are not too many styles that I purchase a "back up" pair...but I can tell these are ones that I will wear for years!

Best flats EVER!
I've been looking for flats for the spring, and I finally took a chance on these - they are the most comfortable AND stylish flats I found. I love them! I walk to work everyday, and they have held up great.

I ordered these fabulous little flats last night for work. I'm used to wearing boots and heels all day, and am in desperate need of foot comfort. They're dressy enough to wear to work, but unassuming enough for the grocery store. I can't wait for them to arrive!
