Lovin' it -
When I first looked at this dress I wondered if it would fit my size 12-14 body, but it fits great. It is sooo soft and has a good arm length.

Not only does your website offer the shoes that I'm looking for at great discounts, but you upgraded my shipping method from standard to overnight at no charge AFTER I placed my order. Obviously, this was unexpected and unnecessary and for this reason I believe you have outstanding customer service. I never write letters like this, but I was so taken aback by the effort Zappos.com puts forth to satisfy their customers that I felt compelled to express my gratitude.
