Great, classy and stylish boots. I wish there was a bit more traction in the sole (I live in Vermont!). Runs big though, and I may order down a 1/2 size.

These are really cute and comfortable boots. They are well made and the platform gives you the height without a severe arch.

Nice boots, but very uncomfortable! I really like the way these boots look, but unfortunately I'm going to have to return them. They are too uncomfortable and narrow.

Love these boots! I always shop for shoes/boots with some sort of heel. These boots are perfect with jeans and I can wear them in any weather. They can be dressed down or up. I do think, though, that they run a little snug. I returned the 7.5M and instead got the 7.5W. I have never worn wide before but with these boots, if you want total comfort, you are better off with the W.

Great every day boot -
These are great everyday boots. They look great with slacks and jeans, and get me through an entire day at the office without pain or discomfort. Not only are they comfortable, but they are very attractive and versatile. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Yeah they are cute, but not for me. I cannot stand fake leather on the inside, makes my feet suffocate and get sweaty.

Love these boots -
These boots are so fashionable, I get so many comments on them. They are good for work and are relatively comfortable. I wouldn't recommend them if you plan on standing or on walking for a long period of time. Aside from that they are great, I am so happy I got them.

One of My Best Purchases Yet!!!!!
This boot is great for the office and weekend as well - Dress it up or down. I received tons of complaints. The boot does make your foot look smaller the fit is true to size. I find them very comfortable and I have recently wore them all day into the night.

Expected more comfort -
I expected more comfort from a line called "Fitzwell". They are true to size and my feet are slightly on the narrower side. That is the only positive. It does not make sense to me, however, that there is no gel pad for the ball of the foot, where all the pressure goes from standing in a wedge heel! I also thought the leather was way too stiff and not flexible at all in the ankle and lower front shin area (where your foot bends up when you walk) I had them on in the house for 10 min. and had to take them off, it was pressing in to my shin area too much, no give.
It would take a few weeks of wearing to make it comfortable, and for the money, you shouldn't have to do that. I have tried on more comfortable shoes at discount shoe stores that cost a fraction of this. Sending them back for sure.

Great Looking Boot -
I regret that you don't have these in my correct size because they are very nice looking. They look very similar to a Prada boot which is currently in stores at six times the price!

This is a very cute boot; the leather should be softer though, it's a little hard. For the price it should feel soft and comfortable.

Excellent Boot!
This boot is excellent. I was specifically looking for a wedge boot that wasn't chunky and cumbersome. This boot is very light and almost dainty. It looks great and the gel heel is very comfortable (Although, I wish the boot had a gel pad for the ball of the foot too). The boot is true to size. The suede is of good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, fashionable wedge boot.

Great boot, Great price!
I ordered these in size 11, which is my normal size, and they fit true to size. The brown suede with the brown suede heel makes this boot highly attractive. My boyfriend picked these out from 10 other pairs of brown boots I was considering during my "brown boot quest". He thought they were sexy! The more I wear them, the more comfortable they get too!

Walking in these boots felt like I was standing on the edge of a 2x4. The platform feels so narrow and feels like it is running right down the middle of my foot with no support on the edges. I have narrow feet and these boots were even too narrow on me.

Makes your feet look smaller -
I ordered this shoe in the cognac (brown/copper color) in a 7.5 wide. When I first saw the shoe in the box, I thought that there was no way that it would possibly fit on my foot--it looked tiny! After I put them on, I realized that this was largely an optical illusion relating to the type of heel. These shoes make my feet look very feminine and delicate, and they are a rich, beautiful color. My only criticism is that they are a tad snug in the toe box, and very inflexible in the ankle area. I hope that they will stretch out with time, though.

 |  | Super Boots, Incredible Service - I totally love my boots. I am 60 years old with lots of foot issues so I searched for low heels and width. My boots came in a flash and I was very excited to try them on, but alas, one boot was clearly not wide enough while the other was perfect! I called Zappos and spoke to a fabulous young woman, who was an obvious poster child for great customer service! A new pair of boots arrived in two days and was a perfect fit on both feet! The boots are made of smooth soft leather and look very stylish! I am sure I will be wearing them for several years. Last week I received a postcard from my customer service rep. She not only wished me well in my new boots, but referenced the great party I was to attend in these boots. Wow! Now that is customer service with a personal touch.
