Perfect black pumps!
These are the perfect black pumps. I absolutely love them and can stand/walk around all day! They look fantastic with trousers or a skirt. The fit is true and they are as comfortable as any other pair of pointed-toe shoes I've ever tried. They look beautiful and are clearly well-crafted. Definitely worth the price!

I own the mid heel and high heel and just love 'em. Sizing seemed right on if you're accustomed to pointy toe heels. Very smart looking and VERY comfortable. I'll buy more.

After reading the reviews, I ordered a half size larger and they're too big. If you have a regular width foot, I don't think you need to go up a size. Other than the size issue, the shoe is great - classy and simple and very comfortable - there is about a half inch of padding underneath the ball of the foot which is where I always have foot pain when I wear heels. I'm returning these and getting my normal size.

Definitely order HALF a size up -
I know a lot of reviews say order a full size up, but I would definitely go up a half size...your true size will be uncomfortable at the end of the day, I usually wear a 8.5 and the 9.5 was way too big, 9 did the trick, and they're VERY comfortable!!

These look like the perfect pump -
They toe box is VERY pointy and while I wear 3 1/2+ heels every day to work I found the small pointy toe area uncomfortable. The width was right on. Had to go back.

Great Shoe - Must-Have -
Just got these shoes and are already in love with them. I am in heels all day, sometimes for more than 12 hours, and am very impressed at the comfort and support I got. These are a definite wardrobe must-have.
I did order a half size larger based on the reviews. While the larger size fits okay, it still was slightly too large. However, not large enough that I thought the half size smaller (my normal size) would be a better fit.

Very pretty shoe. I normally wear Cole Haan’s 6.5 and have several pumps with pointy toes. I'm a size 6 in other shoes. This one didn't fit at all in the toe. Seems very narrow. I sadly had to return them.

Not that comfortable -
The air soles made the shoe more comfortable than the typical heel, however, the shoe was tight and I have a small narrow foot. The toes really do suffer. Maybe a half-size or size larger would have worked out. I ended up returning them since I didn't think they were worth the money. I was expecting the shoe to be more comfortable.

Great classic mid height pump for narrow foot -
Unlike other reviewers I found my normal size (7) fit just perfectly out of the box. This may be because my AAA foot liked the narrow toe box of this style just fine. An attractive classic pump and the interior "air" padding feels lovely. The 3" heel is a bit lower than I am used to but is tall enough still to be attractive. A great shoe; if it wears as good as it feels out of the box, I shall try to get it in all colors.

This is the BEST SHOE EVER~
I agree with the other reviewer. I have never spent this much on a shoe, but the color and height were perfect and I searched for WEEKS for an alternative. Trust me, there is none. This is a staple shoe to go with every color in your wardrobe. It is worth the investment and you will see that the moment you look at the quality and fit of it. It did run narrow and I had to go one size up, but it fits beautifully. I've never felt this way about a shoe. Cole Haan is my new favorite and I'm going to order the other colors, too~

Great looking shoe!
I ordered these in the leopard print & they are really gorgeous. I ended up going with an 8 -- I normally wear a 7 or 7.5. I don't do well with pumps, so my toes need the extra room. The 7.5 almost felt good enough - I just wanted some wiggle room for my toes. I also looked at the Anne Klein leopard print. They are very nice (and cheaper), but the Cole Haan fit better (I ordered an 8 in Anne Klein & they were too big) & I just loved the Cole Haan!

Comfortable for the sole, but not for the toes -
While the Nike Air System makes you feel like you're walking on clouds, the point of the shoes leave your toes feeling like they're breaking with every step. However, as I have worn the shoes, the toes are stretching a bit, but just fair warning that this takes 5-10 wearings before you get enough space for your toes to feel comfortable.

These shoes are great. I like the Nike Air cushion in this Pump. They are comfortable from the first time I put then on. I also bought two more pairs in different colors.

Not as comfortable as expected -
I ordered this shoe because I was looking for a classic, comfortable tan heel that I could wear to work. I had high hopes after reading all of the reviews and to be honest, could not have been more disappointed. While it is a gorgeous shoe, the toe box is extremely tight, while the rest of the shoe is surprisingly wide in comparison. I work in retail and am on my feet for every shift, and I wouldn't be able to stand these shoes for over an hour. If you are looking for a comfortable heel that you can wear for hours on foot, this is not it.

I am glad to wear a stylish, sophisticated shoe designed with a heel under 3" that is also comfortable. This is a well-made shoe, worth the price, and deserving of space in my closet.

I love this pump and got myself 2 pairs (black and camel). Initially, I ordered 5.5 and had to request Zappos for return/exchange. Of course, excellent customer service and I received the right size in 2 days. Totally a classic, fits well and looks great. Thanks Zappos!

Great basic shoe all must have -
I was not looking to spend this kinda money on a shoe, but can’t find a tan colored shoe anywhere in the stores. Since Zappos is so great, I tried them. I normally wear a 9, but in sneakers, a 9 1/2, so I ordered the 9 1/2 because of the reviews... had to reorder in a 10. Well worth the money, they will be my staple shoe and will go with everything, especially colored outfits you have trouble matching things with.

Witch Toes -
Cole Haan has been a reliable shoe for me, but lately, fewer narrow sizes are offered. I thought these would be my new "classic black pumps," but aside from being loose in width I couldn't get past the nasty, trendy witch toes - more pointed than appears in photo. I am still looking - Ferragamo has changed their fit, as well, and has become prone to producing shoes with too much attention to trends.

Great Shoe For Sensitive Feet -
This shoe is worth every penny! I have very sensitive feet, and this is the best high heel I have ever owned. The cushioning in the heel is excellent--- my heels don't hurt even after standing in them for long periods of time. As for the ball of the foot, they still hurt some after wearing, but not as much as they hurt when I wear my Steve Madden Heels. I also bought these in a 1/2 size up, and it seemed to do the trick for me.

I ordered a half size larger than normal, which ended up fitting well. My feet do feel a little pinched from a width standpoint, but I am hoping they will break in. Other than the snugness, they are comfortable. I ordered in black and brown with the intention of returning one and kept both.

Too nice to wear.
I can't wear high heel shoes, BUT, this shoe is the exception. This is the first heel I can wear and actually walk in. I highly recommend it. Get a half or maybe even a size larger and try it at home before deciding. It's almost too nice to wear outside.

Great shoe! I thought I would be fine ordering a 9 since I wear a 8.5-9 but when they came they fit, but were a little too snug for comfort on the toe part. I got a 9.5 and they felt great. The three inch heel makes it much easier to walk in for longer periods of time. I received lots of complements and looks with these heels. Oh and the grip on the bottom is great, even in the rain!

I have an average size/width foot and always wear a 9M in Stuart Weitzman. After reading the one review, I ordered these in the leopard in both the 9 and 9 1/2. Glad I ordered up, as the 9's really pinched at both the toe end and heel. Not roomy shoes. The bigger size slipped a tiny bit in the heel at first, but my feet quickly conformed and they are now fine. When shoes cost this much, they have GOT to be comfortable so that you can get your money's worth in wear! These are stunning, expensive-looking shoes in the leopard. A real treat to wear with all my black clothes, and the first pair of non-black shoes I've ever bought from Zappos. Their look is so classic (pointed toe, mid-height heel) that they'll never go out of style, making them worth the investment.

I was so excited to get these shoes. Unfortunately, there were no other reviews and I ordered a size 7 medium width, but they run small! I had to send them back. I think if I find the right fit, they would be very comfortable - all the possibilities are there. They are beautifully made and the point is not too long, which was nice... just a beautiful, classic pump.
