Ouch.
Don't be fooled by the reviews or the description. These are not comfortable shoes-- they're stiff and hard-soled, with little cushioning and a fairly high heel. I really wanted to like these and was hoping they'd be comfortable enough for everyday work shoes, but they hurt my feet just trying them on. They also show a lot of toe cleavage, which is just weird for a shoe that is otherwise pretty boring.

Great Shoes! First, I ordered a pair in navy, which are hard to find nowadays. I liked them so well that I then ordered the gray and black ones too. The quality was first rate. They were true to size and comfortable right out of the box. They shipped them overnight and they were packaged really well. My only complaint was that the gray color is more on the taupe side than traditional gray, unfortunately.

These shoes are much prettier than in the picture. The heel is higher than I anticipated but I was surprised that I can handle it. VERY comfortable. Like other reviewers, I am tempted to order a few other colors. Lastly, this was my first order from Zappos and it arrived the next day!

Very nice!
I have not bought a shoe like this in years, I found this one to be roomy but not too large and I liked the toe, it did not cramp my toes which is usually the problem in higher heels. Purchased in black calf size 8. Shoes a little toe cleavage on me, very attractive on, cannot wait to purchase in more colors!

All the reviews on here speak true of this classic pump. I have wide feet, so the almond shaped toe is perfect for me and my toes thank me every day! I find that putting an insole in them makes them feel like a dream...

The Most Comfortable Heels -
I'm the type of girl that NEVER wears heels because they are all just too uncomfortable! BUT... I tried these and now I need them in every color! Feels like the heel is at a much lower height than it is. The black patent is sexy and classy! I generally would fit in about a half size smaller in a heel and this was true with these also. Usually wear a 7 in flats and tennis shoes, 6 1/2 fit perfect in these.

Most comfortable pump ever -
This shoe is amazing! I am definitely going to buy a few pairs in different colors. I could stand or dance all night if I wanted to. The red patent is just gorgeous, too!

I ordered these shoes in the red patent. Really beautiful and classy. They are ideal for work and on the weekends. They are also very comfortable. You can't go wrong with these shoes!

I love these shoes; it looks great in the patent red. They fit perfectly; great size heel and they are so comfortable, which I sometimes don’t experience with brand new high heels. It looks great dressy as well as casual wear with jeans.
