Heartbreaker!
Looks so smashing online, wanted it so badly to be THE answer to a search for a sexy, animal- print shoe. Looks equally great in person, but almost impossible to wear. The material is a leopard print fabric encased in a tough vinyl, for a no-give, no-flex tough material. Had to return it. (Thanks for Zappos' usual no risk/no cost return service!)

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate your company and your excellent customer service. I have 4 little boys under the age of 7. Going to the store to buy shoes for all of them is one of my least favorite things to do (next to grocery shopping with them). You have made the experience not only painless but pleasant! Now we pick out our shoes online and sit and wait for the truck to bring them the next day. The boys actually sit on the porch and cheer when the delivery truck pulls up. You have not disappointed us yet with your next day delivery. To say that I am amazed and impressed with your company would be an understatement. So, thank you for making my job a little easier. You brought a smile to my face today. Now if you could just deliver groceries...
