Awesome shoe -
This shoe is wonderful. I worked at a swanky shoe store and needed to wear shoes that are cute, but comfortable enough to wear for 4-8 hours at a time. This will fit the bill, though of course they are not longer distance walking shoes because of the patent leather straps. They are very comfortable though and look great with shorts and my wide-leg, high-waisted Joe's jeans. Another thing that is awesome about them is that they look a lot like a style that Miu Miu did for Spring '08 that my store sold, but that I couldn't afford. It's the same quality, but they look wonderful. I got them in the red and it's a good one!

I love the red patent! I also have these in navy. These shoes look great with jeans, shorts, dresses, capris. They can be dressed up or down. A very versatile shoe.

Way too narrow -
This shoe is gorgeous but it is way too narrow. The straps around the toe area are stiff and exceptionally narrow. I expected the shoe to be a little more comfortable as well but the heel felt hard and not "cushy" like I would expect. I sent them back.

A little adjustment needed -
I found these shoes to be pretty comfortable once I made an adjustment to the strap (extra holes for a tighter fit). I did not initially and got blisters. This is not as comfortable as flip flops but a cute shoe. The service at Zappos was great!

CUTE AND SEXY -
I love these sandals (I bought them in red) they are very cute and make the feet look sexy. They are not very light weight, but overall they are comfortable. I love ZAPPOS the best of all the online shoe vendors. The service and the service reps are the best. I have always gotten great service. I will keep buying from ZAPPOS, and I will continue to spread the good word ZAPPOS!!!

Ouch!
I love the look of this shoe and got it in black patent. Unfortunately, the thin straps across the top are like little razor blades cutting into my foot. I consistently wear 7N and gravitate to Vaneli. These are a disappointment and I should've returned them, but my spouse tossed the box because I never return shoes! I'm working on stretching the patent, using a warm hair dryer -- any suggestions? I want to wear them so badly. Bummer.

This show is extremely comfortable. I have not worn a platform in many years and am now hooked. I wear a 6 in some shoes but a 6.5 in Vaneli. Also, I found this shoe to be narrow - which worked well for me. I love Zappos!

Very Pretty -
This sandal looks even better on the foot! The straps can be a bit uncomfortable, but not too bad. I expect that with a "break in" period, it won't be a problem any more. The price is worth the look and there are a variety of other colors to choose from. I will be wearing this sandal A LOT this spring/summer and though I am opposed to multiples, this shoe is so pretty, I may get them in white also. The fit is true to size for smaller feet and the adjustable back strap is nifty should you need to use it.

Sometimes vanity IS more important!
I bought these in red, and I have been complimented repeatedly. They are a beautiful shoe. I am without fail a 10.5 AA, but in these I had to get a 10N to make them work. Furthermore, I can't seem to buy a Van Eli ENCLOSED shoe that will work for me (either too wide, but if I size down to make up for the width, they are too short, but the narrow is too narrow -- you get the drift) but their sandals I can cheat with. These shoes do pinch a bit at the baby toe -- but it's WORTH it!

Vaneli Parnella is a winner!
This sandal looks great with jeans, slacks, or dresses, and gets compliments often. The patent leather seems a little stiff, but is worth it for the look. I always buy Vaneli shoes in a half size larger than normal. Slip them on--and you're good to go! There is no "break-in" needed.

Super cute - new fan of Vaneli -
This is the second pair of Vaneli shoes I have purchased and I love both of them! They are so stylish and as comfortable as you'd expect this type of sandal to be.

Too Heavy Pretty Things -
I normally wear a 10W ankle straps, but these straps around the ankles were too wide and the smallest hole was too loose. Every step felt like I was walking with boards on. I do not recommend because of the strappy ill-fit and heaviness. Was disappointed because these are very beautiful, but I chose to return these.
