This is the first time I've purchased dress shoes online and I'm 100% satisfied with the product and Zappos. This shoe is beautiful and the most comfortable heel I own. It does run a little smaller. I usually wear an 8.5 medium width (which was out of stock) but I was able to fit into a 9 narrow comfortably.

Nice shoe, but very formal materials i.e. fabric, patent, but the style itself is more casual. It wraps a bit more around the top of the foot than I like... a little too much shoe. I bought the black/tortoise to wear with a silk tweed pant and something just didn't look right. I bought the leopard skin/camel and they are great with jeans! Very cute!

I love shopping at Zappos and the shoes are great looking and are comfortable, look great and almost no break in time. I would definitely buy another pair if Vaneli shoes.

This shoe is very classy, and in the leopard print it is also a little sassy. The fit is true - I'm an 8.5 or 9W and this one fit very well in an 8.5. The heel is not too high, the strap is at a comfortable level on my ankle/heel and it is adjustable. The photos are accurate, but the leather is higher quality than it appears. Rich looking. Also, the hardware across the vamp is very classy looking, which is hard to judge from the photos. I recommend this for a great work shoe, but it also looked great with my jeans and a little leopard belt.

These shoes are comfortable and fun - great with jeans. I bought the camel pair and received a number of compliments the first day I wore them, most notably that they had just the right touch of "sassy"!

Absolutely one of the cutest, most comfortable shoes that I have ever purchased for work and dressier functions. I bought it in two colors and have had many compliments. I can wear it all day long and into the evening without any problems. Very kind to my bunions.

I ordered these shoes in the animal print. They are comfortable and look great on. Really like the touch of hardware on them; just a very classy pair of shoes. Sexy, comfortable, classy, and the animal print goes with so many things. They look great dressed up or down. A real winner and must also mention Zappos. There are few places anymore that give this kind of customer service. If you want to be treated like a queen (or king) and want shopping made simple, easy, and convenient - then Zappos is the way to go. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Shoes were very cute and fit as expected, but not as comfortable to me as most others mentioned. I wore them out one night anyway and was pretty sore, but I'll probably try again to break them in!

This may be the most comfortable dress shoe I have ever worn. The heel is the perfect height for everyday wear and looks fabulous with pants, skirts and dresses. The design of shoe and how it fits the toe area is very accommodating (no pinching). I highly recommend the shoe to others.

I wear a 12N these shoes are so comfortable. I stand most of the day, I bought the leopard print and they look even better in person. They look great with jeans and dresses or skirts.

These shoes are very flattering and so comfortable. I was able to wear them right out of the box for a full day at work and after work. The toe box is nice and roomy so my toes don't feel cramped at all. I highly recommend!

These shoes look fantastic with pants. The shine and matte finish mix looks great, and adds texture to the shoe. They are comfortable and chic.

 |  | My first time ordering from Zappos was a breeze. I am a regular internet shopper, so the ordering process was easy. What really impressed me though, was the service. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on an evening after I got home from work, and the very next day when I got home the shoes were already there. I was totally shocked. I live in Alabama and I knew there was not a Zappos warehouse in the area. But the shoes were there and they looked and fit perfectly. I am a tall woman with large feet, so it’s normally hard to find shoes to fit me. I was so pleased with the shoes and the service that I started looking for more shoes the same day. I know I will be shopping with Zappos very often in the future. Keep up the good work guys.
