I love these shoes, they are comfortable and stylish. The only problem is that once you wear them they fall down instead of slouching; they just fall but they still look fine. I love them.

My daughter loved her boots -
My daughter picked these boots out herself. She is 15 and has worn them very often since she got them as a Christmas Present. We were not certain of the size, but the return policy allowed us to change from the original 7.5 to an 8 and we got the boots back within 2 days after they were received in our warehouse. I would have like to exchange instead of wait for the return, but it worked out fine with the next day shipping.

These are very cute. The only con to them is that there is no arch support. Although I was not bothered by that, some might be. I wish they came in purple. They look great with skinny jeans and tights.

So uncomfortable!
I bought these boots with hopes of a great every day boot. For a flat they are incredibly uncomfortable! My toes would ache after wearing them for a few hours and there was no support or cushion in the sole. With no traction on the sole, I would slide all over the place if the surface of the sidewalk was anything but dry. I was determined to make them work, thinking if I keep wearing them I would break them in. Nope - I'm stuck with boots I never wear.

Well, they're adorable and I love them. They are a little bit more loose than I would like so I bought insoles and wear thick socks. I’m normally an 8-1/2 and an 8 worked great in these shoes. Enjoy!

Great boots for 3 months -
I loved these boots when I got them. But the seam at the base of the boot ripped open without any excessive wear. They're wonderful boots but not worth the money. Cheaply made.

Great Everyday Boot -
I ordered this boot in a size 9 because majority of the reviews stated it ran large-don't listen to those reviews, order your true size. Zappos sent out an 8 1/2 and they fit perfect. I work on my feet all day and have wider feet than the average woman and they fit great. There is no arch support as the shoe is VERY flat, but I purchased gel insoles and that did the trick. :)

Love these boots -
These boots look good and are really comfortable. I am a size 12, but Zappos had run out of a size 12 so I ordered a grey size 11 and they were just fine. Only downside is that you must NOT wear these in the rain or step in puddles as they get extremely soaked and the dampness seeps through to your feet.

Decent boot for cold climates -
The boot is very cute and stylish, but it is a lot more slouchy than the picture shows. It is a slip-on so there is no zipper to keep the top part up at all, unless your calf is perfectly shaped to hold it. So be prepared for a very slouchy boot.

Nice boot -
I bought these at Macy's a few days ago after having my eye on them for awhile. The only thing I have a problem with is the left boot has a visible stitch right in front from the top of the boot to the ankle but the right boot does not have this stitch? It looks like the left boot slouches more than the right boot. Does anyone else have this problem?

Returned them already -
The fit was great, the style was great BUT the black dye rubbed off on my hands when putting them on and even onto the jeans I was wearing them with. I returned them the next day!

I got these boots and really liked them except that they really aren't wide enough to tuck pants into. They fit great on my bare leg but since I mostly wear jeans I will be returning them. If you are planning on wearing them with leggings or skirts then they would be a great purchase!

Right off the bat, I would never say that these boots have "moderate" arch support - they are F-L-A-T; NO arch support here (unless you have flat feet!) and the insole is NOT padded. (I guess you could call it VERY light padding, but I had to stick my hand in the boot to notice - can't tell when I'm wearing them!) Doesn't make them uncomfortable, as far as I'm concerned, but if it is bothersome, I'd throw in an arch support/cushioned insole, especially if you want to do some extended walking in these guys. The shaft IS lined/padded, however, and feels nice and toasty - not like a true winter boot, but good nonetheless. I went up a half size, which is perfect for thicker socks, but is still fine with regular ones. The suede is good quality - I got them in black and there's no fading or worn/rough spots; they're nice and dark. They are cute under trouser jeans (not too bulky) and great with skinny jeans. I LOVE them!

Great for everyday and for a night out -
Very fashionable boot that will get you compliments every time you wear them. I have very skinny calves and it has been very difficult for me to find boots that don't look ridiculous on my legs. While these are still big around my calves, when wearing leggings, they aren't too big. Skinny jeans fit perfectly inside (might be too tight if you have large calves). The only thing that might bother some people is these shoes have absolutely no arch support. They are extremely flat. I put a shoe support inside and they are perfect for me now. I'd recommend putting some sort of shoe support inside to save your feet. Other than that, these boots rock!!!!

I love these boots - I do wish the top rim had a bit more flexibility, it hugs my calf tightly, but they are great and look good with jeans and skirts.

These are very cute. I got a size larger so I could put in an insole and wear thick socks. I probably could have gone half a size, they are still a little loose, but not enough to return. Fairly comfortable with an insole, and they stay up and perfectly scrunched looking at the same time.

I absolutely love these boots! They are warm, cozy, very comfy, and adorable. I got them in gray and I love them. They are very versatile, too; you can easily pair them with skinny jeans, a skirt, or a dress. My only complaint is that since they are pull-on boots, they are very hard to get into, especially when they are brand new, but it gets easier as you wear them.

 |  | Today I had the great opportunity to talk with Betty about a return in process. As always, Zappos customer service is THE BEST! Betty checked on my return, verified it was in the warehouse and issued the process to start the credit return. She also told me that since I had been with Zappos for awhile that she was upgrading me to a VIP Zappos customer and gave me the link to the new site. I am sooo excited and can't wait to take a look at it. What a wonderful thing to do for loyal customers...and the fact that returns will be sent quicker and processed quicker is awesome. I have been watching this latest return for over a week and worried it hadn't made it to the warehouse...so this is fantastic!
Thank you customer service...you were gracious, considerate, patient and such a great, happy attitude that was felt right through the phone. It is so wonderful to talk to someone that obviously loves what they are doing...it certainly has made my day!
