I'm 5 ft 8" at 152 lbs and I thought these would work out for me. They were just too narrow and felt too "binding." I had to return them, which was a shame because I like the style and the breathable concept. I've owned another pair of Columbias for about 4 months called the Aquatooth, which are also very breathable as they are made to get wet. They have a little more "give" so they are ultimately not as narrow as these. Maybe I'm just getting too used to my Birks, which allow my feet to spread out a little. I may still try Columbia again as they have innovative products and very nice styles.

The Columbia Belize III is a comfortable, good looking, lightweight shoe. So nice you don't even think about it.

Good looking shoe, but not that comfortable. My main problem is that it did not come in a width wider than medium. I wrongly thought the shoe would stretch to become comfortable. I should have returned before wearing the shoes.

Breathable shoe!
Wow this shoe is comfortable, breathable, sticks too slick surfaces, stylish and innovative. I like this shoe a lot.

 |  | Unbelievable. I received shoes yesterday from an order I placed last week. I was bummed to find they were about a half size too small. So yesterday evening I placed a new order for the larger size but was bummed because I knew I'd have to wait a few days to receive them. I received an email from Zappos that my order had shipped last night. Nice touch but I figured no way that could happen, at the earliest it'll go out today. Then I checked the tracking number this morning and saw that my order went out from Kentucky last night, arrived in San Diego this morning (!) and was out for delivery!!! Wow. I'm impressed. Always have had a good experience with Zappos. When I expressed my frustration last night to my wife that the shoes didn't fit and I wish there was a better way to insure correct fit when you order online, she asked how I thought Zappos could make it more convenient. Electronic foot scanner was my only crazy idea but I'll take extremely quick upgraded shipping any day of the week. Nice job! |  | ~ Joel, September 16 2008
