Super boot, if a little impractical -
These boots are made to fit *exactly*, so if you plan on any thick socks, order at least half size up. Not that you'd need them, the insulate is quite toasty. Was surprised at the comments on the tight calf, mine are plenty wide, but I wear a 10, so maybe they are accounting for a larger person. The only problem is that they don't have much traction, so be careful on ice or wet surfaces. Super comfy and get gobs of compliments. I moved from LA to NY in the middle of winter and so far these babies are keeping me from moving back!

Really cute, but really small!!!
I ordered these, but they are really, really small. I normally wear a 5 or 5.5 and I ordered a 5.5 and I could hardly get my foot into them!! The ankle part is really snug.
I tried to order a 6 and they don’t carry them, they go from 5.5 to 6.5 so I’m trying a 6.5 to see if I can get into them.
I hope so because I love them. The color is winter white lovely!! Also beware Timberland makes a taller boot, but the snaps are not as cute. They go straight across. Order these at least a whole size bigger!! Definitely made for a narrow foot; forget thick socks.

What a shame...
These boots are super cute yet simple but unless you have narrow feet you won't be able to enjoy them- it literally takes too long to put them on so I had to return them! aww
NOTE: I'm impressed...as a new customer I find Zappos customer service to be efficient and reliable.

Great Boots -
When I ordered these boots online I didn't think the price was worth the quality!Boy was I ever shocked they're just so CUTE!I would advise that if you have a narrow foot you should purchase these because than you'll have room to fit in skinny jeans or whatever. They even look great with sweats!!I would absolutly recommend these boots for the winter/fall season all you have to do is wear some heavy socks and your toes will be nice and warm. They're also waterproof 1st thing I did when I purchased them was walk in the rain!!!

I ordered these in black and they were seriously cute on my feet. The only problem is the ankle is too narrow so it was unbelievably difficult to get my foot inside. There is no zip and the snaps are decorative. I kept them for a few days thinking maybe I'd be able to deal with struggling to get them on, but in the end I sent them back. You may have better luck with these boots if your foot is very narrow.
The calf is only wide enough to fit spandex inside, not even skinny jeans. They're very soft and the material is best for fall, not NY winter weather.
