Stunning!
These shoes are absolutely gorgeous. I have them in the Navy and can't wait to wear them. The heel is high, but thanks to the platform, they are easy to walk in and comfy. I found it difficult to get the size right, since they (and all RSVP shoes I've tried) seem to increase noticeably in width as they increase in length. I went with the smaller size since they seemed to stretch a little in the toes just from trying them on.

Sexy!!
I love these shoes. However, I wear them more in the house for those romantic evenings than out. They are a bit uncomfortable around the toe after a couple of hours. I do have a wide foot which may contribute to that for me. I would recommend if you want a seductive shoe to add to your collection. The platform is also hidden inside so it appears as a regular stiletto. I have gotten MANY compliments!

I read the reviews and I absolutely have to agree these shoes are HOT and must haves...they are high but the platform (covered) makes them comfortable. I could never find navy shoes that I liked until these. I am waiting to buy the red and the cream too when they get my size.

Very Sexy!!!
I was looking all over for a sexy all black heel that didn't cost so much. I finally found these online and boy am I glad. They definitely add height and they are gorgeous. They took a little getting used to because they are so high, but I really love the shape and the style. They kinda pinch the front at first, but after awhile, they break in great. I wanted to show them off, so I wore them out and at work with different outfits of course and both times I kept getting compliments on how hot my shoes were. I definitely dress to impress and these shoes help make it easy.

Love these!
I’ve been looking for some cust navy pumps for awhile and these were perfect! They are pretty high but actually very comfortable for such a high heel. As always Zappos was so fast w/ the delivery - THANKS!!

According to my ruler, the heel on Kaiya is a full 5.25-inches! But the shoe looks tremendous! Absolutely wonderful for me, even though I wear a size 11. I bought the "natural" color to go with virtually anything, but I'll buy this in red and black patent too!

For the price, these are very comfortable and pretty stable. These go with anything and I can wear almost all day or all night without my feet hurting like other shoes do. Overall, these are a great shoe and would recommend to anyone.

I really don't know where to begin when describing these shoes! They look AWESOME! In fact, they are so much more appealing in reality! I have really big feet (size 11) and I was a bit skeptical about getting these because I tend to end up with shoes that are true to size, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did! I purchased the red patent leather and wore them Saturday and ppl went crazy over them! I was on my feet all nite, so they weren't all that comfortable, but do you really expect to find comfort in a heel that's 4 1/2" tall?

Shoes look great, but the heel isn't 4 inches. The heel is 5 inches. I had to send back, way too tall for me and they squished my toes together. If you have super narrow feet, these might work great for you… otherwise not.

Hottest features capture the total essence of spring '08 -
Love the combo of color, open toe, stiletto. BUT the back of the heel could be more accommodating - lots of slippage due to the angle of the instep, even adding heel grippers and cushies in the ball of the foot, your toes still end up smashed against the windshield (ouch!) I'm a seasoned high-heel girl, but it's hard to walk in.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: stick to the nude colors and peep toes!

When I first saw these shoes, I thought these shoes looked sexy without looking as I'd call it "stripperish." Unfortunately, they were very stripperish and extremely uncomfortable. Notice most of the good reviews are from people with smaller sized feet. Most of my female friends with small feet rarely complain about shoe pain and this shoe is a classic case. Uncomfortable and trashy looking. These shoes failed to deliver in every way. DO order a whole size larger if you still plan to purchase them. The only positive thing about this experience was that Zappos service was excellent as always!

Hot but too tall -
I loved the look of this shoe, I ordered it in red, but the heel is closer to 5", not the 4" listed. I wear a 6 1/2, because my feet are so small and the shoe is so tall it made it very hard to stand in, let alone walk in and I wear heels all the time. Too bad they're going back, they look great.

THE SHOW STOPPER -
Honey this shoe will stop a parade. When I walk in the night club the music almost stopped. Every one immediately wanted to know where did you get those ruby red slippers Dorothy. The customer service was friendly and very helpful. I will always use Zappos and recommend their services.

Great Looking and Sexy Red Platforms!
I have received numerous compliments on these shoes from both men and women. The hidden platform makes them more comfortable and easy to wear than shoes without the platform. They look super cute with anything you want to wear from office attire, to jeans, to a pin up girl get up, or a mini skirt. Not only are they cute and sexy, they are versatile too.

I love these shoe! I thought I would wear it randomly when I wanted some extra height but it has become my new favorite shoe to wear with jeans and dresses! It is much more comfortable than I expected ~ although it does take a little effort to get into them.

So these shoes are adorable!! But they are uncomfortable. For those looking for comfort…BEWARE! I got these for a night in NYC..OUCH! Which is not a problem for me because I believe you have to go through a lil pain in order to look cute <3 Needless to say, I LOVE THESE SHOES!

Love your choices of designers and especially I can find my size which is between a 5 - 5 1/2 I have a hard time finding my size. Guys, first of all, these heels LOOK phenomenal. The red is a rich deep blue-red (sooo chic) and I love the line of the heel (check out the profile). Comfort-wise, it is pretty high (although it has a platform) and open toes generally dig into my toes. But for a few hours a night, this is way too cute to pass up!

I bought these because of the rave reviews but have to say I disagree about pretty much everything. The shoe is made okay, but boy, is this uncomfortable. Patent leather also has very little give, so that makes the shoe feel a bit stiff. It is well over a four-inch heel... possibly closer to 4.5. You really have to teeter to maintain your balance. Sorry. This is a big "no way" for me.

Awesome pair of shoes -
These shoes are absolutely fab. Super super sexy and best of all, they are so comfortable.
They really look good on and make your legs look endless. Have received tons of compliments. Really high though but I got my cobbler to take an inch off the heels so they are perfect now. I have to keep myself from wearing them everyday.

These shoes are gorgeous and sexy but they felt larger than a 6 and very wide in the middle. They didn't hug like they should and my heel kept coming out when walking.
