VERY comfortable shoe - I could wear these all day! I agree with the other reviewers that the banding around the shoe isn't terribly appealing, but it is really hard to notice in most situations, and it does make for a more comfortable fit. I highly recommend these for all day to night shoes.

I was disappointed -
I was disappointed by the overall look of the shoe. I was expecting a very sleek actual Crocodile skin shoe, & these were not. They looked rather cheap especially with the cloth stitching around the top of the shoe. The return process was wonderful. I will definitely keep shopping Zappos. This particular shoe didn’t work for me but the other 8 pair did!

The perfect pump -
This has to be the perfect pump. High enough to look very sexy but not to feel like walking on tip toes! The balance is perfect. I love them

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company. So, when you communicated your "special priority processing" on this order at no additional cost to me, I was moved to respond with a resounding THANK YOU!
