I got this shoe because I needed a conservative black pump. Listen to the other reviewers and get a smaller size than usual! I got it in my usual size, but it was just too big, so I had to return it. It seems like it would be very comfortable though.

Heel too tall -
Loved the shoe. However I have to return because it was supposed to have a heel height of 2 3/4 inches but it is really closer to 3 1/4 inches. A little to high for me. Wish they would make a 2 1/2 inch.

Classic shoe -
I just received this shoe today and so far, so good. I love the look and design. I've been looking for a gray shoe and I finally found one! Feels pretty good on, but I know it's not a shoe I can wear for hours and hours. I did order 1/2 size down following the advice of others and that worked fine. So, jury is still out, but out of the box and walking around the house, so far it's a winner.

This is a very comfortable shoe. Even though I typically take a 6 1/2 WW, I bought this in a 6 1/2M, and was able to stand for hours during a cocktail party. It's very good-looking in an elegant, understated way. I highly recommend this shoe as well as Paul Green in general.
