Nice well put together and designed shoes. Only improvement I would suggest is that the lace holes be metal type to allow easy lacing and loosening of the laces. My five and six year old girls both have difficulty working the laces to put on their shoes and take them off. No problems with fit or quality.

My 11 y.o. daughter selected these as a pair of more rugged sneakers to supplement her Pumas (also from Zappos!). A very style-selective girl, she is quite happy with them and tells me they are very comfortable. They appear well-padded and well-made.

A while later, I realized that there was a possibility I would not receive the shoes before I left town to attend a wedding, and I called to arrange expedited shipping. Your customer service representative not only provided the expedited shipping at no extra charge, but arranged for delivery before the holiday weekend, thus the shoes arrived three days earlier than expected. much for your prompt, courteous, and over-the-top service. Plus, I was able to dance pain-free at the wedding! I look forward to doing business with you again.
