Oh-oh ouch -
Even the little kitten heel pushes the insides of your large and next toes against the leather thong piece. I bought these for a civil ceremony wedding figuring I could last 20 minutes standing in anything. Wrong - and I wear flip-flops so that part of my foot is somewhat desensitized. Spot-on cute, but the color pewter as advertised looks an awfully lot like gold to me. Disappointing.

Love these shoes -
Just got these shoes today after ordering them yesterday... Zappos' speedy delivery has absolutely no competition! These shoes are beautiful in person and comfortable. I highly recommend them. Can't find anything wrong with them thus far. No pinching, nothing.

Great low-heel dress shoe!!
This was my first order from Zappos - great service! This is a very, very cute low-heel dress sandal. I can't wear high-heels so I'm always looking for something low and this shoe is a good one. I usually wear a 9, so ordered a 9. The shoe has adjustable back strap which I had to let out to the last hole and it just barely fits, but I'm afraid a larger size would be too long. The strap between the toes is a little tight but I think with a little wear it'll be fine. Non-slip sole Overall very nice shoe!

 |  | I have a child with a very narrow foot and heel. I have searched for a dressy shoe for him and a friend reminded me of your web site. In spite of the fact that none of the shoes fit, I had to tell you what a pleasurable experience I had. Both ladies were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They actually sounded like they enjoy their job!!! What more can you ask for? I also LOVE the 24 hr. assistance, selection, and your return policy is almost unheard of. I will DEFINITELY be back. I have 3 children and shoe shopping with all of them is no fun, but placing an order and letting them try on at home is so easy! Many thanks for doing what you do.
