Unhappy with the quality of the leather; it looks like plastic. I have bought Cole Haan for years, and the quality of this particular shoe is really lacking. Very tight fit. Disappointed in the overall look, especially the plasticky looking leather. Does not look real at all. Do not recommend.

A good shoe that could be better.
This shoe has it all except the quality of leather. The gloss finish makes it look almost plastic and it is hot on the foot. Still, the shoe is fairly priced, comfortable, and fits my orthotics!

The customer service is the best of any company I've ever worked with. The entire process is painless. If for any reason the order doesn't work out, Zappos is amazing about returns/exchanges, they pay for shipping and their response is fast and accurate. As a mother of 5, accuracy and expediency are vital. Zappos is my silver bullet and I no longer have to even leave the house to take my kids shopping for shoes.
