Boot -
This boot is a full size smaller than marked. I could not say for sure it is also narrower because I could not get my foot in. I was quite surprised since the other reviews said this brand ran true. The zipper was also tempermental... very difficult to get down all the way. It kept getting hung up. Otherwise seemed like an okay boot... quality didn't quite seem like the amount of money though.

Pros: The toe and heel are very cute. The weathering and styling are nice (you'll look like a tough girl in these shoes). The color "bark" is a lighter brown with grey tones.
Cons: For this price I was expecting perfection. The leather is a little slouchy. I have a very narrow foot, but these feel tight across the ball of my foot. They are a little hard to get on and off, due to the partial zipper.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Jessica Simpson Halk (same cute toe)

 |  | This is a note to inform you how wonderful your staff is. We buy from other companies and they might have one or two exceptional people to talk to. The staff of your company is all exceptional and a real pleasure to speak and deal with. They are very patient and understanding since I am a little hard of hearing, especially on the phone and even though they might have to repeat a few times, they never sound as though they wish I got off the phone. If I had to rate them 1-10, with 10 being the best, I would rate them with a 20. I don't know what else to say except to say keep every one of them on your payroll.
