Strange sizing - Thought that the footbed was too narrow but that the shaft circumference was too big. The boot sagged and slid down, and my calves are not exactly skinny. Also, they fit right up to the knee, which is a little tall for me.

Boots -
I think these boots are awesome for the price!!! They are very comfortable for boots. You know what I’m talking about - some boots you put on and you think you could only walk a couple of steps and then you would be dying! These boots are unbelievably comfortable and look really nice as well. They don't look like a top of the line boot, but for jeans and just messing around, they are the BEST. I have somewhat larger calves and they fit great on my calf. Can't go wrong with this boot. Love my Zappos!!!
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: This is my third boot from Franco Sarto, the shoes seem to fit me well.

Too big!
I love Franco Sarto and would generally buy any shoe of his. I own four pairs of boots from him. These are tremendous though-- I had to return them. Only good if you have very long legs and sort of wide calves. I was disappointed.

Fabulous Boot -
This is a great boot! I felt it was true to size. If you want a pointy toe, but nothing severe...this is it! The heal height is perfect. I have long legs and the boot comes all the way up to my knee. I also have large calves and it fit perfect, not too tight. Very comfortable.

Great boot for work or home -
This boot is very comfortable, nice leather finish and can easily be dressed up or down. Has good support, and hasn't stretched out too much (which I've found with other boots).

Great shoe - slightly bigger than marked -
This is a great shoe - quite comfortable to walk in and stylish as well. It is a little bit bigger than marked - felt like a 5.5 instead of a 5, but nothing that can't be fixed with some inserts.

Franco Sarto, the best!
This is a great boot. They come up higher on the calf then an older pair of Franco Sarto’s, so hopefully you have long legs. Happy they made a boot not so pointy-toed and high heeled!
