Right & Left Socks???
I walk approximately 3-4 miles, 5 days a week. This is not just stroll walking, I work out to aerobic walking tapes. These require a lot of lateral moves. Combined with good workout shoes, you will definitely feel the difference. I truly understand the concept of right and left socks. The cushioning is in the right place on each foot.

These socks are miracle workers!
At age 65, I never believed I could be so comfortable walking distances. These socks have put the bounce back in my step.
