This pack is great for every day use. Cute and functional.

Cute but poor quality -
It’s a crazy reason but I think I kept this bag because the lining is so cute. The other good thing about it is the number of different compartments. Otherwise, poor quality. I really should have returned it on the second day I used it when the snap on the front broke.

A while later, I realized that there was a possibility I would not receive the shoes before I left town to attend a wedding, and I called to arrange expedited shipping. Your customer service representative not only provided the expedited shipping at no extra charge, but arranged for delivery before the holiday weekend, thus the shoes arrived three days earlier than expected. Thank you very, very
much for your prompt, courteous, and over-the-top service. Plus, I was able to dance pain-free at the wedding! I look forward to doing business with you again.
